Adversity : A state or instance of serious or continued difficulty or misfortune.
Addressing adversity in the real sense is the initiative to understand the difficulty,
breaking it down task by task, and taking unified action. Addressing is not only solving
the problem, but to dissect it completely, understand the cause & effect and learning
from the experience to take precautionary measures.

He is a communications coach and cabin senior. He has visited over 90 countries where I've learned and interacted with other cultures from around the world. He is an avid Toastmaster and has been the president for Oryx Communicators Toastmasters Club and is the club growth director of his division. He is an EQ and NLP practitioner.

Communications Specialist + Public Speaker

He is a communications specialist and aspiring public speaker. He is the Champion of Qatar Talks 2019 - Inspirational Category and the second place winner of Toastmasters International District 116 QSC 2020. He has been a member of Filcom International Toastmasters since 2018. He is a former danseur. Through his talks he aims to touch someone's life one story at a time.

Jose Saucedo

Environmentalist + Industrial engineer

He is an American industrial engineer turned full-time volunteer and environmental activist. He has been the leader of the Doha Environmental Action Project for over 2.5 years. During his tenure he has mobilized over 8,000 volunteers helping him remove over 102 tonnes of trash from the shores of Qatar. He has organized presentations to raise awareness in over 50 schools, universities and professional organizations. His team has acquired participation of a plethora of figures such as HE Sheikha Al-Mayassa bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani and the Minister of Municipality and Environment.

Kummam Al Maadeed

Author

She is the first Qatari English fantasy author. She has authored three novels. As the Head of Media and Publications at Qatar University, she has experience in various governmental and non-governmental institutions in Qatar. Her first book 'Calling Magic' has been published by the largest publisher of the country, the Hamad Bin Khalifa University Press. She hopes to one day turn her books into anime and delve into diverse genres.

Public Speaker + Entrepreneur

She has been a public speaker for the past decade. She has started an educational events company, 'Speaknshine' as well as a weekly online talk series, 'Talksopedia' which features new speakers who share their own stories. She has was the district level champion of toastmasters, second place winner at the Regional level of World Championship of Public speaking and was adjudged one of the top 28 speakers in the world by Toastmasters International.
