Researchers at the University of Western Australia are addressing the challenges that are profoundly affecting our lives. Their innovative work is a meaningful contribution to countering obstacles that we are facing while preparing us for the future.
For our very first in-person event this year, TEDxUWA is presenting TEDxUWASalon: Little Grey Cells to showcase a few researchers that are doing spectacular work in scientific research. Topics will range from advancements in epigenome engineering to the physiology of lactation.
The event will be held on the 10th of September in EZONE Central at UWA.
Registration starts at 6:00 PM for a 6:30 PM start and event proceedings will end at approximately 8:00 PM but feel free to network with fellow attendees and the speakers .
Refreshments will be provided during intermission.
Tickets are only $6 for students and $12 for the general public.
If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend this event and a refund will be issued. Refunds are not accepted for other reasons.
Social distancing will be enforced at this event so please maintain a distance of 1.5 m from other attendees at the venue.
