Christiana Lambrinidis
Christiana Lambrinidis (BA Wellesley College, MFA Brown University) is a thinker, scholar of creative writing, pedagogue, playwright, theater director, lecturer, editor and activist. She received the Lillian Hellmann and Dashiel Hammett award by the Human Rights Watch. Nominated twice for the Right Livelihood Award for her international methodology of transforming violence into empowerment through intellect. She has been mentoring writers to produce, singularly and collectively a literary tradition of excellence that calls the reader into action since 1993.
Christina Myrto Stathaki
Christina Myrto Stathaki is a female rally driver and the President of “StAr, Aris Stathakis Road Safety Foundation”. She appears in the Greek Book of Records as the most experienced Woman Competitive Driver and the record holder of finishing the World Rally Championship Acropolis Rally four times. Christina is also a journalist and reporter. Today, she is dedicated to informing and educating children and adults about road safety.
Emma Avedissian
Emma Avedissian has majored in Theatre Arts at Deree, The American College of Greece. She is interested in creating art that deviates from the mainstream and discusses topics that are generally considered taboo or uncomfortable.
These days, it seems that such and many other topics are taboo and uncomfortable and thus should be off-limits. However, Emma believes it is paramount to continue producing art without submitting to the consequences that artists nowadays are subjected to whenever people decide they do not agree with the subject matter or approach.
Jai Mexis
Jai Mexis is an award-winning architect and one of the leading social innovators in Greece. Jai is the Founder of Olon Design Group, an humanitarian design practice, He was awarded the City of Glasgow Eimear Kelt Medal for Architecture 2014. As a Founder and Director of Odyssea, a non-profit based in Athens, Greece, Jai specializes in the intersection of social design and tech for the humanitarian sector.
Lucas Oikonomakis
Loukas Oikonomakis has an MSc in Structural Engineering from Imperial College London and has worked for Fosters & Partners architectural firm in London. He is specialised in optimisation, parametric design and computational analysis. He is passionate about machine learning and he is contributing with his technical expertise in Odyssea’s data-driven approach.
Mariella Fourli
Mariella Fourli’s work focuses on biodiversity conservation and rural development. She works as an external consultant for the European Commission and is the founder of Microsfere NGO, which operates in Ghana.
