Bethany Rose
Spoken word poet and illustrator
Bethany Rose is an LGBT+ spoken word poet and illustrator who writes about sexuality and mental health. Beth’s poems ‘Lightbulb’ and ‘Pink’ received millions of views on BBC1 and BBC3. Her work has been seen in performances across the world on television, radio and in theatres. Beth's first book, Neon - a collection about depression, longing, swimming pools and light - was published by Burning Eye in November 2020.
Claire Malone
Physicist
Claire’s passion to understand the world around her led to studying for a PhD in physics at the University of Cambridge. Through her research, she analyses data from the Large Hadron Collider at CERN, investigating the behaviour of the basic building blocks of our universe. Throughout her career, Claire has developed techniques to help her navigate her physical working environment through the restrictions of her cerebral palsy. She believes this ability to adapt has given her insights that help her find new and creative solutions.
Clover Hogan
Youth Climate Activist
Clover Hogan is a 21-year-old climate activist and the founder of Force of Nature: a global non-profit mobilising mindsets for climate action. Clover has worked alongside the world’s leading authorities on sustainability, supported students in 50+ countries to turn eco-anxiety into agency, and consulted within Fortune 500 companies. In her recently launched Force of Nature podcast, she speaks to ordinary people doing extraordinary things to save the planet. Clover is a trustee with Global Action Plan, and on the advisory boards of the National Community Lottery's Climate Action Fund and the Teach the Future campaign. She is also on the COP26 President-Designate Civil Society and Youth Advisory Council.
Dzifa Afonu
Clinical Psychologist
Dzifa is a clinical psychologist and is currently based in the children and adolescent mental health service. They have over 9 years experience working in the NHS and over 20 years of experience working in the charity sector with marginalised people. They are passionate about supporting frontline workers and their mental health. Their approach to their work incorporates and champions decolonial and healing justice values, which centres both personal and collective self-care.
Ebinehita Iyere
Advocate for Black girls and Therapeutic Youth Practitioner
Ebinehita Iyere is founder of Milk Honey Bees – a project that allows Black Girls to put H.E.R first while exploring their creativity and gaining skills to navigate society. She is a Therapeutic Youth Practitioner who supports the emotional needs of young people in the community, especially those affected by the education and youth justice system. Ebinehita also works with professionals and decision makers to ensure the voices of young people are reflected across policies that affect them.

Helen Tupper and Sarah Ellis are the founders of Amazing If - an award-winning company with an ambition to make careers better for everyone. They are the co-hosts of the UK’s no.1 careers podcast, Squiggly Careers, which has had over 1m downloads, and are authors ofThe Sunday Times number one bestselling business book, The Squiggly Career. Before launching Amazing If, they led teams in organisations including Virgin, Microsoft, Barclays and Sainsbury’s. Helen is a trustee for Working Families charity and Sarah is Co-Chair of the Mayor of London Workspace Advisory Group.

Jamie is an author, presenter, model and contributing editor at Gay Times. Their work shares LGBTQ+ stories in honest, innovative and unique ways. This Autumn saw Jamie publish their debut book In Their Shoes and premiere their debut interview series with Iweigh and Jameela Jamil on YouTube.
Ben Hurst is an activist, advocate, speaker, host, presenter, facilitator, trainer and model. As the Head of Facilitation and Training at the Good Lad Initiative, he focuses on deconstructing and reconstructing masculinities with men and boys. Ben also works as a freelance Diversity and Inclusion Consultant with a focus on race and gender. Recently, Ben became the co-host of TEDxLondon’s new podcast, Climate Curious.
Payzee Mahmod
Campaigner and survivor
Payzee Mahmod is a British Kurd who campaigns with IKWRO to raise awareness and eradicate harmful practices, such as FGM and child marriage, as a result of her own and her sister’s lived experiences. Payzee’s message has reached international audiences and she spoken widely on the need for changes to the laws surrounding child marriage and “honour” based abuse. In 2020 Payzee was nominated for a special recognition award at the UN Women UK Awards.

Pixie Turner
Nutritionist, trainee psychotherapist and writer
Pixie is a registered nutritionist (RNutr), trainee psychotherapist and science communicator. Alongside her degrees in biochemistry and nutrition, she’s developed a huge following on her ‘Pixie Nutrition’ social media accounts. Pixie shows up as a nutrition expert on BBC, Sky and Channel 5, and divides her time between her clinic, social media, teaching, hosting her podcast In Bad Taste, and public speaking. Her work aims to bridge the gap between nutrition and psychotherapy, looking at food metabolically, emotionally, and metaphorically. She has written several books, including her most recent The Insta-Food Diet: How Social Media has Shaped the Way We Eat (2020).

Sangeetha is a human rights barrister, writer and activist passionate about supporting the rights of the most vulnerable members of our global community. She is a specialist in asylum, immigration and international human rights law, regularly speaking and giving expert comment on human rights and migration issues. Striving for structural change, Sangeetha is currently examining practical ways governments and individuals can manage the movement of persecuted people more humanely.
Sophie Williams
Anti-racism advocate, activist and author
Sophie Williams is a leading anti-racism advocate, activist and writer. Author of Anti-Racist Ally, and the upcoming book Millennial Black, her writing has also appeared in publications such as the Guardian, Bustle and Cosmopolitan, Refinery 29, and Elle. She is a regular speaker, consultant and workshop facilitator focusing on anti-racism, diversity and inclusion, challenging people to use their privilege to uplift those from marginalised groups. She has recently joined Netflix as the Manager of Production Planning, for EMEA. Her goal - to create a better, fairer, world and workplaces for everyone.

Temi is a racial justice campaigner and the Founder & Executive Director of The 4Front Project - a member-led youth organisation empowering young people and communities to fight for justice, peace and freedom. She focuses on fighting against institutional racism and is passionate about working towards a world where we use a radically different approach to resolving conflict within society. In her spare time, you’ll find her nurturing her plants, going for long walks, listening to neosoul music and cooking vegan food.

Tom is an author, journalist, screenwriter and drag queen. Tom's memoir Diary of a Drag Queen was published to rave reviews and is currently being adapted for television. Tom brought the pages of their memoir to life in their solo drag show: Crystal Rasmussen presents the Bible 2 (Plus a cure for shame, violence, betrayal and athlete's foot) - one of the top twenty best reviewed shows of the Fringe 2019. Crystal Rasmussen is a self-described ‘Global Phenomenon’. Their second book First Comes Love will be published by Bloomsbury in early Summer 2021.
