Great minds think alike. Dorothy and Cintia from Dream Impact share the same vision: to amplify individual dreams into collective impact. The duo co-created Dream Impact 2.0, and have since transformed a vibrant co-working space into a resourceful community, bridging social startups with resources and quantifiable social impact.
Prior to Dream Impact, Dorothy absorbed multi-dimensional experience in social innovation working with the UNICEF Office of Innovation, and living in New York City, Berlin and Abu Dhabi, which empowers her to lead with unconventional creativity. Cintia has extensive business experience in multinational companies and Series A+ startups, leading the transformation of Dream Impact with visionary thinking, strong strategic and market knowledge.
Daisy Ma
North Pole Inspector
Daisy graduated from the Bachelor of Arts in Chinese-Portuguese/Portuguese-Chinese Translation and Interpretation at Macau Polytechnic Institute. She is a member of the dragon boat team, and a member of the "Green Future"- University Student Green Collar Program.
In Summer 2018, she interned at the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce; In the same year, she was selected to participate in the Climate Force Arctic 2019 organised by the US environmental organisation "2041" for the Arctic expedition.
After returning to Macau, she actively promotes the concepts of environmental protection and ecological protection through: Entering communities and schools to share personal experience, leading high school students to discuss environmental issues, so as to arouse the public's attention to environmental protection.
Derek F. Wong
Associate Professor of the Department of Computer and Information Science at the University of Macau
Derek F. Wong is an Associate Professor of the Department of Computer and Information Science at the University of Macau; he is also one of the founders of UTran-i Technology LTD. and AI2 Technology LTD. He has worked on natural language processing (NLP) and machine translation (MT) since 1998. He is the pioneer in Portuguese and Chinese MT research and has developed the first Portuguese-Chinese MT (PCT) system. He is the leader of the Natural Language Processing & Portuguese-Chinese Machine Translation (NLP2CT) research group and the founder of the NLP2CT laboratory. In 2012, Dr. Wong has received the Second-class Prize in the Science and Technology Progress Award category of the First Macao Science and Technology Award.
Kitty Choi
Sticky Rice Love - Sex Educator
Kitty is co-director of Sticky Rice Love. She holds a bachelor's degree in sociology and is studying for a master in psychology at HKU. Besides engaging in sexuality education in Hong Kong, she also conducts academic research on sexual health among young people and sexual minorities.
Founded in 2014, Sticky Rice Love is an NGO based on online platforms for sexuality education in Hong Kong. It strives to create a friendlier and more tolerant platform where young people can openly talk about sex-related topics and be empowered to make informed and responsible decisions. It also collaborates extensively with schools and higher education institutes to promote and develop sex education through workshops, academic conferences and conducting researches.
Nuno Soares
Architect & Urban Planner
Nuno Soares is an architect and urban planner based in Macau since 2003, spreading his practice through architectural design, teaching and research. He founded and directs the CURB – Center for Architecture and Urbanism, a non-profit organization with the mission to promote research, education, production and diffusion of knowledge in the fields of architecture and urbanism, taking local issues to a global audience.

福島章嗣來自日本福岡。自小受母親影響學習鋼琴、擅長結他、打鼓。現在以演奏現代古典音樂、創作舞台劇音樂、映像音樂、電影配樂等等個人活動作發展。2017 年推出第一張以電影音樂為題的個人專輯。
Akitsugu Fukushima, a.k.a Aki, is a Japanese guitarist, composer, and sound designer, based in Macao. Originally from Fukuoka, Japan.
Aki, as a solo artist, composes and performs electronic and post-classical music, and produces music for theatres, films and visual works.
