Anahit Vardanyan

Anahit works in the public sector towards providing quality education through community development. She currently works at the Children of Armenia Charitable Foundation as an officer of innovating SMART programs. Over the years she has worked as a trainer, has been involved in the creation and development of communities of graduates, has worked with students, teachers and trainers working in formal and non-formal educational environments. She is a big fan of educational technologies.
Irina Pahlevanyan
Founder & CEO, "INDIGO" Kids' Club
Irina Pahlevnayan’s experience as a fundraising specialist, trainer and consultant includes over ten years in development, management and resource mobilization for not-for-profit organizations across the country. Currently she is the CEO of “4090 Charity” Educational Foundation and cooperating with the UNDP and the Council of Europe as a contracted trainer, as well as she helps other organizations in developing competitive project proposals, fundraising mechanisms, implementing projects. She has vast experience with proven success in planning and managing various charitable activities for diverse base of organizations. In addition to all, Irina is a business-owner and the co-founder of “Indigami” Child Development Center in Yerevan. She is the winner of Rybakov Foundation’s Global contest 2020 in the nomination of “Education Community Leader”.
Karen Nalbandyan
Business Development Director, IDBank
Karen is currently holding the position of the Business Development Director and is a Board Member at IDBank . Born and raised in Vanadzor, he left for Moscow to study at a young age, entering the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University after Lomonosov. After graduating from the university with a specialization in financial and actuarial mathematics, he worked in insurance and international investment companies, investment funds.
In 2016 Karen Nalbandyan joined the IDBank team and moved to Armenia.

Narek Amrikhanyan is the Director and partner of "Millennium 5" creative agency, as well as the founder-host of "Rearrange with Narek Amirkhanyan" podcast. He was born in Vanadzor, studied in the USA, and continued his education at the American University of Armenia.
Nina Grigoryan
Learning and Development projects for the countries of Caucasus and Moldova, Philip Morris International
After graduating from the Medical University, Nina has decided to make a drastic change in her future career and started from a clerical position in Philip Morris International. During the years of service in Philip Morris International, Nina has grown to the managerial roles and changed various spheres from Marketing (2004-2016) to Sales (2016-2018) and finally to HR (2018-2021). Such diverse expertise allows her to be part of and lead various cross-functional and cross-country projects within the company.
In 2019 Nina decided to do masters in business and administration and took the extended MBA course in the City College of Sheffield University.
Sergey Arakelyan

Sergey Arakelyan was born in 1981, graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Yerevan State University, then the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Systems Management of the American University of Armenia. In January 2018, he was appointed as the Director of IDBank Digital Banking, and became a Member of the Board.
