Aida Muradyan

Aida specializes in the field of public law, specifically in the protection of children and other vulnerable groups' rights. She worked as a Lawyer-consultant at UNHCR Office in Yerevan in 2009-2011, and afterward she was a Lawyer-consultant at International Red Cross. Moreover, she worked as a Head of CP Unit and Chief Advisor at Armenia Ombudsmen’s Office 2012-2014. Aida has been working at World Vision Armenia as a Project Manager since 2014. Also, she is the President of the Child Protection Network in Armenia.

Mariana Edilyan
Human capital management director
Mariana specializes in the filed of HR Management and has more than 10 years of experience in HR field. She worked 5 years in Retail business and was HR Director in Star Retail Store chain and MAF Carrefour Armenia during the period of 2010-2015. After that, she continued the journey of HR in MTS Armenia and for 5 years she has been managing the HR Planning and Development Unit until September 2020, when she took over the very challenging and interesting position of HR Director in one of the most innovative and digital banks, bank.
Before being true lover and dedicated HR person, she has 12 years of experience in the US Department of Agriculture, where she worked on several development projects, establishing Credit Clubs, and working with rural communities all over Armenia.
Shombi Sharp
UN Resident Coordinator for the Republic of Armenia
Shombi Sharp has been appointed as UN Resident Coordinator for the Republic of Armenia and assumed his responsibilities as of 1 March 2018.
Before he joined UNDP, Shombi was a Program Coordinator at Naropa University in Colorado, USA (2001-2002). He began his career in development as a Strategic Planner, Project Manager & Crisis Response Coordinator with CARE International in Harare, Zimbabwe (1998-2000).
Shombi holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, USA.
Taron Simonyan
Member of the National Assembly
Taron served as President of its Student Council Department of Law and was also a member of its Scientific Council of the Department of Law as well as President of Committee by Law Matters of the Student Council of the Yerevan State University. Later he obtained a Master's degree in European Law in 2009, enrolled in the Tavitian Scholarship Program at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy of Tufts University in Boston/Medford, Massachusetts. In 2010, he returned to Yerevan State University where he was awarded a Ph.D. in Theory of Law and State in 2012. Simonyan started his career at the Department of Law of YSU, serving at first as a member of its council and chairman of the Theory and History of State and Law division.
