Di Lan Ngo
Ngo Di Lan is one of five excellent candidates who received a PhD scholarship from Brandeis University, when he was only 21 years old. He is also the founder and chairman of the Vietnam Youth Cooperation Organization (VYCO).
With a burning passion for diplomacy since his childhood days, he has participated in many events and competitions and achieved impressive results.
