In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Famous in Vietnamese journalism with a sharp perspective on social security issues, Mr. Dinh Duc Hoang is a former Editor in charge of VnExpress's Opinion column. In his writings, Mr. Dinh Duc Hoang chooses to feature the viewpoints of the working class and assertively raises his concerns on existing issues in society. One topic of particular interest to him is "meritocracy", how it can amplify inequality and systematic discrimination, especially in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Hung Lam Nguyen

Mr. Nguyen Hung Lam is the co-founder and CEO of Agency Bread n 'Tea, with more than ten years of experience in media and journalism as Deputy Director of Kenh14, Director of Saostar electronic magazine, and many other media companies. He strongly believes in the potential of social networks and researches to understand the youth's insights in a digital age.

Phuong Thao Pham

Ms. Pham Phuong Thao is a lecturer in the Faculty of International Economics, Foreign Trade University. Having studied Public Management at the University of Indiana and majoring in Scientific Economics from the University of Manchester, she continued to work at the National Financial Supervisory Commission and the Ministry of Finance before choosing to become an economics lecturer. Ms. Pham Phuong Thao researches economic application in public policy, especially in the field of education.
