In one phrase, Kaizen means continuous improvement. It is a traditional Japanese concept that declares there is no perfect end. Everything, everywhere, can always be improved upon. This holds for everything around us – not just things, but also people.

Kaizen is an idea that follows five basic tenets: teamwork, personal discipline, improved morale, quality, and suggestions for improvement. These five things lead to three major outcomes: efficiency, organization, and standardization.

The closest we can ever reach to being perfect is by possessing the humility to accept that we aren’t. Call it a formula for success, a recipe for change, but above all what kaizen is, is a way of living our life.

Gautami Deshpande graduated in engineering from VIIT College, Pune. After graduating the actor also worked in an IT firm before working as an actor. Gautami began her journey as an actor by working in theatre. She started doing it when she was in college. She also won several awards for her acting while working in theatre at the time. She also was a participant in the popular inter-collegiate drama competition Firodiya Karandak and Purshottam Festival. Gautami Deshpande is also a really good singer, currently she is the lead actress of the famous Marathi show Mazha Hoshil Na.

They conclude that their assessment tool MARS can help in developing and testing these Mobile apps and the study of their impact on health behaviour and outcomes.
