The core essence behind our theme “Dispel Stereotypes” is to collaborate diverse domains on a single platform driving a shift in mind -set and a different approach to conventional stereotypical thinking. Therefore TEDxSIULavale 2020 aims at empowering the young community to dismiss fixed notions, move out of their comfort zones and evolve.

He is a certified diver from PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) and IANTD (International Association of Nitrox and Technical Divers), with certifications of wreck diving, deep diving, cave diving, Ice diving, and technical diving. He is fascinated by Sharks, Whales, and Shipwrecks and is also an avid traveler. He loves to share his passion for the ocean and his personal challenge is to visually communicate the incredible beauty beneath the world’s oceans and inspire a greater determination towards the preservation and respect for the marine ecosystem.

She believes that we live in times where the architect must be responsible for a built landscape that cohesively represents the nation and its people. Research based architecture is the foundation upon which she works and believes that it allows for new techniques and ways of building. Upon completion of her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Smith College, USA, she qualified as a solicitor from the College of Law, London. She then completed her Postgraduate Diploma in Architectural Interior Design from the Inchbald School of Design, London and her Bachelor of Architecture from Rizvi College of Architecture. Nandini is the award recipient of IGEN (Innovation Generation) 50 award in 2013 that felicitated the top 50 next generation architects and designers.

Siddhartha is the first Asian journalist to be appointed as a Director on the Steering Committee for the prestigious World Car Awards, and has served on that jury since 2011.
