In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

李文洁目前作为 CECA 的总干事，带领团队通过对环评、城市规划及法律法规研究，致力提升公众参与，关注珠三角和渤海湾地区的海洋和海岸生态问题。 在法律的各个面向中，文洁认为公众参与是最有意思的一环：公共事务由相关部门以及民间社会大众，共同协商，一起参与；大家透过法律定下的规矩，以科学理性的心，平等地讨论制定社会政策。 As the director-general of CECA, Aster leads a team that seeks to increase public participation through research on environmental impact assessment, urban planning, and laws and regulations, focusing on marine and coastal ecological issues in the Pearl River Delta and Bohai Bay regions. Among the various aspects of law, Aster believes that public participation to be the most interesting one: public affairs are negotiated and participated by the relevant departments and civil societies; social policies are discussed and formulated on an equal footing with the scientific and rational minds through the rules laid down by law.

Boju Zhang 张伯驹

环保人士 Environmentalist

张伯驹，自然之友总干事、月捐人。加入自然之友做环保公益十余年，张伯驹从来不觉得自己是一个“悲情英雄”。相反，他更认为是公益改变了自己看世界的视角，让自己能推动变化和创造价值。 这些年来，张伯驹一直深入推动生态环境保护和气候变化领域的公益诉讼、政策立法倡导、绿色公民行动支持等领域的进展。而在担任自然之友总干事的同时，张伯驹是中国零废弃联盟的主要创始人之一并曾任联合国环境署（UNEP）青年顾问。 Boju Zhang, Director General of Friends of Nature and monthly donor. Having been a member of Friends of Nature for more than 10 years, Zhang has never felt like a "sad hero". On the contrary, he believes that public service has changed his perspective on the world, allowing him to drive change and create value. Over the years, Zhang has been promoting public interest litigation, policy and legislative advocacy, and green citizenship support in the fields of environmental protection and climate change. In addition to his role as Director-General of Friends of Nature, Zhang is one of the main founders of the Zero Waste Coalition in China and has served as a youth advisor to the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).

Candy Yang 杨雁清

Chuanqi Zhu 朱传奇

知乎上有一个关于“中山大学有哪些好老师？”的帖子，教宏观经济学的岭南学院朱传奇老师榜上有名，特点是爱讲冷笑话和考试前花式催复习，对学生以专业平等、不抛弃不放弃著称。 朱传奇老师儿时的梦想是做个厨师，一不小心却留在大学里教经济学。作为偶发严肃的经济学理论研究者，希望经济学可以在不失其理性的前提下变得有趣一些，生动一点。如果可能，期望可以让青少年们从小接触经济学，更好地做认识世界的本质。 There is a question posted on Zhihu, "who are the good teachers at Sun Yat-sen University?" 王缉宪，1954 年北京出生，16 岁到砖瓦厂当壮工八年后，1978 年考入中国人民大学获得经济学士。到中国科学院院工作后再到香港大学获地理学硕士，多伦多大学获地理学博士。返香港大学任教 24 年，曾任地理系主任。现任「一带一路」香港国际中心暨大湾区香港中心的研究总监，专注大湾区及一带一路的区域发展问题。专长为中国港口城市的演变及运输枢纽地理。在国内外重要学术期刊发表近百篇论文，参与了超过 40 个国内外港口、机场及港口城市、城市群规划战略研究项目的咨询工作。

Junyan Liu 刘君言

气候议题倡导者 Climate change advocate

从女性主义研究学生到经济学博士，君言一直关注平权（equity）和发展（development），在研究中她发现，气候变化在拉大不平等的鸿沟，让本身脆弱的人群暴露在风险之下，而经济社会的惯性却导致气候变化加剧。她不满足研究者的角色，决定更积极地参与到气候风险与能源转型的推动工作中，成为气候变化行动者。 刘君言，可持续发展经济学博士，现任绿色和平气候风险项目负责人。她认为气候变化作为影响人类未来的危机，需要用行动带来希望与改变。 From her studies as a Women and Gender studies student to her PhD in economics, Junyan has focused on equity and development, where she found that climate change is widening the inequality gap and exposing vulnerable populations to risk, while economic and social inertia is exacerbating climate change. When the researcher role could no longer fulfil her, she decided to become a more active participant in the promotion of climate risk and energy transition and became a climate change activist. Junyan Liu has a PhD in sustainable development economics and is currently head of the Greenpeace Climate Risk Program. She believes that climate change, as a crisis affecting the future of humanity, needs to be acted upon to bring hope and change.

Kara Wutzke

Fitness coach

Kara wakes up at 4:40 a.m. and is sure to show up every day to lead her students in their workouts. As a fitness coach, she continues to work out every day, both for herself and her students, and this is her 18th year in Guangzhou. When she was 20 years old, she became a fitness coach because of her love for sports and fitness. After coming to Guangzhou for a few short months to work as an English teacher, she was even more determined to do what she wanted to do in the future - to make fitness coaching a lifelong career and encourage more people to stay healthy.

Linda Tan 谭静远

社会设计师，现担任造点共益设计咨询合伙人。 谭静远出生于成都，在 11 岁时随父母移民加拿大多伦多。她在 2006 年获得多伦多大学理科学士学位，主修生物，辅修物理与数学。在 2008 年，她获得理科硕士学位，分子生物与生物信息方向，随后在加拿大安大略省卫生部担任研究工作。毕业工作一年后，她决定回到中国全职投入乡村教育创新的事业。曾担任广州本地的环境与小农友善生态农业社会企业“天地人禾消费合作社” CEO 与银杏基金会品牌与传播顾问。

Qi Wu 吴琪

做过多年社会新闻报道的《三联生活周刊》副主编吴琪是武汉人，2020 年在自己生活过的土地上带领团队记录报道了武汉新冠疫情。 社会新闻，作为新闻报道中的硬核部分，在今天新媒体泛滥的信息海洋中还有多大的意义和价值？它承担起自己的公共服务功能了吗？吴琪认为我们获取信息的媒体食谱一定程度上决定了我们看待世界的角度，当代青年人对媒体的认知需要重塑，自媒体不能是唯一的渠道。 Qi Wu, the deputy editor-in-chief of Sanlian Lifeweek, is a Wuhan native. She led her her team documented and reported the corona virus outbreak in 2020 on the land where she lived for many years. Social news, as a hardcore part of news reporting, still has a lot of meaning and value in today's sea of new media and information. Has it taken on its own public service function? Qi believes that the media recipes we use to access information determine our perspective on the world to a certain extent, and that contemporary youth's perception of the media needs to be reshaped.

Ya Zhou 周娅

可持续生活倡导者 Advocate of sustainable life

周娅是广东技术师范大学教师，英国舒马赫学院转型经济硕士。是一位多元艺术教育手法运用者，城市可持续生活协作者。她曾系统学习过转型城镇与朴门永续设计、情意自然教育、应用戏剧、社会性别与发展等，有面向不同群体的教育经验 她在广州开展过“为食家庭”、“食物中的可持续生活探索计划”、“故事种子计划”、“春田计划”等项目活动。 Ya Zhou is a teacher at Guangdong Technical Normal University and has a Master's degree in Transition Economics from Schumacher College, UK. She is a multi-arts educator and collaborator on sustainable urban living. She has studied Transition Towns and Permaculture Design, Affective Nature Education, Applied Theatre, Gender and Development, etc. She has experience in education for different groups. In Guangzhou, she has worked on projects such as "Food for Families", "Exploring Sustainable Living through Food", "Seeds of Story" and "Springfield Project".

Yanqin Ouyang 欧阳艳琴

Social Enterpreneur, Educator

欧阳艳琴曾经是个留守儿童，是个高中“数学考 3 分，化学也考 3 分”的典型差生，高三努力了一个月成为了县城普通高中的年级第一，复读一年以压线成绩考上了重点大学，从而改变了自己的人生轨迹。在创立“实务学堂”之前，她是著名的《财新》杂志的调查记者。 欧阳艳琴于2015年创办“科蚪”（实务学堂前身），这最初是一个课外社区空间，应对流动儿童教育需求，后来变成一个全日制、非学历职业教育项目，为好的社会培养珍贵的普通人。实务学堂希望解决打工子弟最终的出路问题，核心是把模式梳理清晰，建立完善的教学体系，提供更多的可能性。
