David Wilkinson
David Wilkinson, the Editor-in-Chief of the Oxford Review, lectures, researches, and writes about the psychology of ambiguity, uncertainty and emotion regulation. He was head of professional development at Cranfield University and Director of Studies and Head of Evaluation at National Police Training in the UK. He cooperated with Hyundai, the Royal Air Force and the Pentagon, just to name a few. Further, he worked with the governments of the UK, US, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Yemen for example. Additionally, he is the author of "The Ambiguity Advanatage: What great leaders are great at".
Sophie Hersberger-Langloh
Dr. rer. pol. Sophie Hersberger-Langloh is an economist and researched as well as published at the Center for Philanthropy Studies (CEPS) on the professionalization of nonprofit organizations. Now she assists organizations in questions of impact evaluation and project development. She is a lecturer on entrepreneurship at the University of Basel and has moderated numerous events and conferences.
Tilmann Santarius

Tilman Santarius is a scientific author and writes on topics such as digital transformation, global justice, climate policy, world trade, and sustainable economics. He studied sociology, anthropology and economics and accomplished a PhD in social science. Apart from numerous articles, Tilman co-authored the books: “Fair Future. Limited Ressources, Security, and Global Justice” (zed books, 2007); “Slow Trade – Sound Farming. A Multilateral Framework for Sustainable Markets in Agriculture” (www.ecofair-trade.org, 2007); and “Rethinking Climate and Energy Policies” (Springer, 2016). In 2020, his latest book “Smart Green World? Making Digitalization Work for Sustainability” has been published with Routledge.
Vera Strauch
Vera Strauch is a digital entrepreneur, podcaster and founder of the Female Leadership Academy, a digital education start-up. She studied business economics in Germany and New Zealand and graduated in International Business in the US. In 2015, she became one of the first women in the industry under the age of 30 to become CEO of a mid-sized construction supplier. For three years, she managed 100+ employees at several production sites and got to know strongly male-dominated management environments. She gained valuable experiences and was able to witness what great things can happen when differences are accepted and people embrace diversity and change.
Today, Vera is rethinking business and work. Since 2018, Vera and her team at the Female Leadership Academy have been guiding women in their professional and personal development.
