Originally from Colombia, she has worked in the U.K., Spain and Australia, collaborating with software development companies, digital agencies, large enterprise clients and government institutions, evangelising about the importance of listening to users and the craft of design.

Chris Pether
Managing Director Europe
Chris founded PeopleSmart in 2001. Having spent the first part of her career in various HR, Commercial and General Management positions she had learnt to approach issues from the client’s perspective and focus on delivering an exceptional level of service with a solution driven attitude. Her last corporate role was Managing Director Europe for a US HR consultancy company where she was responsible for developing new business, managing the European operations and building a profitable business. With considerable global management experience, Chris enjoys working with multi-cultural diverse organizations to improve people and business effectiveness as well as to assist with the development of current and future leadership skills.
Emma Zangs
Choreographer, Pitch and Movement Coach
Emma Zangs is a Choreographer and Communication Coach based between London and Norwich. She holds an MA in Choreography from TrinityLaban Conservatoire and was a resident of Sadler’s Wells Artist Development Programme (2015-18).
Drawing from choreography and movement direction practice, Emma has developed an alternative approach to public speaking training. Her method combines movement, reactive thinking, situational awareness and embodying flow.
Emma believes that movement connects us all to our environment and to each other. By re-aligning our mind and body we can find peace and thrive on this planet.
For the past four years, Emma Zangs worked with growing and established businesses and is a guest lecturer at Cass Business School. She has successfully trained startups to pitch at Dragon’s Den and win the royal Pitch At Palace competition.
Sue Calthorpe
Director at The Clive Davis Partnership
Sue Calthorpe has been a writer for 40 years, working as a journalist and sub-editor before setting up her own company in 1986.
She now spends half her time writing and the other half teaching, working with public and private sector organisations across the world to give them a distinctive voice that’s listened to, and heard, in a crowded market. Sue especially enjoys helping technical specialists explain and illuminate their subjects for lay audiences and works with data scientists, economists, financial experts, lawyers, policy officials and risk analysts. She co-wrote a TED talk with a client in New York in 2018 (currently with 1.8 million views) and is also currently co-editor of Living with Disability magazine.
She has a terrifically supportive husband without whom she couldn’t work as effectively, three children and two grandchildren but sadly no pets because she’s out too much.
Wendy Molefi-Youri
GP
Dr Wendy Molefi-Youri is a highly experienced GP with a specialist interest in women’s health and wellbeing. With her background in wellness coaching and mindfulness teaching, she offers an integrated approach to her clinical and coaching practice.
Wendy has a Masters degree in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) from Oxford. Her dissertation on ‘The role of Mindfulness Based Interventions in facilitating psychological adjustment in the menopause’ was published in the British Menopause Society Journal.
As a working mother, Wendy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge on the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between the demands of a busy and fulfilling career with family life. She is an advocate for increased mental health awareness and wellbeing in the workplace.
