Theme: Refraction

The theme of the annual conference this year is Refraction, which is the change in direction of a wave passing from one medium to another or from a gradual change in the medium. We believe refraction also exists within people.

Refraction is like a gap; it may be in the middle of two generations or distinct cultures. Most of the time, we fear and resist something or someone due to a lack of understanding. In many situations, we need to think outside the box and dig into each matter to find facts in more aspects. We expect to reflect a refraction in the lives of participants through this year’s annual conference.
