Anjali Ahuja

Ms. Anjali is a mindset coach and human resource professional with over 25 years of experience in Hr, Strategy, organisation design, learning and development, talent acquisition and process management. She has coached over 500 people and has held senior positions at large fortune 500 companies like coca-cola, IBM and the Bank of America. She was awarded the Global Leaders’ Award for the “Leader of the Year” in 2011 for the creation of the Best People & Culture framework and is a keynote speaker on “Transformational Leadership”. Ms. Anjali is a member of the Corporate Advisory Board for a number of well known Management Schools and is the author of an upcoming book named “How to excel & grow in the Corporate World”. Her favourite book is Go Giver by Bob Burg & John David Mann, which changed her perspective and introduced her to the beauty of contribution, abundance and inner joy.

Sanil Sachar

Mr. Sanil Sachar, is one of the founders of Huddle, India’s leading incubator which supports the growing sector of agnostic startups across the country. Apart from his passion to develop the startup ecosystem in India, Mr. Sachar is an internationally acclaimed national best-selling author, with works like, Rebound, The Dark Side of Light, and Summer Promises to his credit, making him one of the very few writers in the country to have written 120 works of poetry, 25 short stories, 2 plays, a novel, and not forgetting to mention, a Bollywood movie which adds to his portfolio as a co-producer. A keen sportsperson, Mr. Sanil is one of the owners of the international sports brand, Trusox, which provides patented and high-technology performance socks to players such as Luis Suarez, Rohit Sharma and Gareth Bale, to name a few, across 8 sports and in several geographies in the world. He believes that innovation is a necessity for continuous growth, and reaffirms this with a vast and diverse portfolio of leading ventures, he has supported as an incubator partner, an angel investor and mentor. At the heart of his numerous ventures, he remains an innovator with a passion to drive change, one move at a time.

Yadhav Mehra

Mr. Yadhav Mehra is a facilitator and has been a coach in the field of personal effectiveness and leadership for over two decades. He has worked with over 15000 people in 75 organizations across various industries and sectors and has trained people from over 25 nationalities. He has contributed to several organizations and institutions by helping their people and teams in improving their life skills like leadership, emotional well-being, communication, group dynamics and selection skills. Mr. Mehra is a business school graduate from FMS (Faculty of Management Studies). After working for companies like World Bank, The Times of India and Gap, to name a few, he found meaning in coaching and facilitating. His discovery of his ‘swadharma’ (a place where one’s signature strengths meet one’s vocation) entailed several small failed businesses. He contributes value by helping people experience what it takes to become more proficient in complex competencies and is known for helping people bridge the knowing-doing gap.
