Chef Lee hit the ground running after graduating from the California School of Culinary Arts and the Le Cordon Bleu program, where he began refining his skills by working at a variety of prestigious restaurants with influential chefs from around the world.
Jack Lee was a chef for Oscar winners Angelina Jolie, Clint Eastwood, and Hilary Swank, as well as icons like Oprah Winfrey and Barbra Streisand. He is often referred to in Vietnamese media as đầu bếp Hollywood or đầu bếp của ngôi sao and he appeared as a judge on Junior MasterChef Vietnam as well as Top Chef Vietnam.
John Huy Tran

John Huy Tran is a well-trained dancer in Canada. After deciding to return to Vietnam to start a career, he has achieved many unexpected successes. He is loved and trusted by the audience when he acted as a judge for the hit shows: So You Think You Can Dance, ... John Huy Tran currently is a dancer, a choreographer and a judge for many game shows of the TV station. He is also the latest character to appear in the 2018 WeChoice Awards inspirational journey that has just aired on VTV1.
Nhan Nguyen
FOUNDER OF "VIETNAM SACH VA XANH" - Lecturer of RMIT University Vietnam.
Mr. Nhan Nguyen was born in the US to Vietnamese parents. After growing up and working in the US, he moved to Vietnam in 2002 and started working at RMIT University Vietnam in 2003 where he has held a number of positions in both Academic and Administrative areas. Currently, he is an Associate Lecturer teaching into Marketing, Management and Entrepreneurship courses.
In his past, Nhan had an entrepreneurial streak and had started or consulted in a number of small business ventures across several industries including Internet development, food and beverage and retail.
Aside from his primary work at RMIT and small business start- ups, Nhan has been championing and working in the Environmental awareness space in Vietnam since 2008. He is active in the Environmental and Sustainability community in Vietnam having started a number of initiatives. His current projects are Vietnam Clean & Green and the Vietnam Zero Waste Alliance.
Ruby Nguyen
RMIT - STUDENT ACTIVITY MANAGER
Ruby takes care of the overall Student Life projects and is responsible for the overseeing of student clubs, activities, and events while also acts as an Advisor to Student Council. Apart from her managerial profession, she is also a Ph.D. Candidate at RMIT University Vietnam and was chosen as the Winner of the RMIT Melbourne Business Research Showcase Competition earlier this year.
For the past five years, Ms. Ruby has been working very hard to provide students with many exciting projects such as Emerging Leaders Project, RMIT Leadership Camp, LEAD Program and many other significant activities which allows her a thorough understanding and very close connection with the students.

Thu Vu is often known in the fashion world as Coco Chà Bông. This name is also well known on the bestseller’s list, Thanh lịch kiểu Pháp (Elegant like the French) and Đời thay đổi khi ta thay đồ (Life Changes When We Change Clothes). Her books influence women to have their own dressing style and build their confidence. With her, fashion should not be limited by any standards or rules, but rather the freedom to follow what we please and to believe that we can create our own style. She majored in both Management and Fashion Business at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University and International Law at Ho Chi Minh University of Law. Being a fashion advisor - the job does not just require her to provide knowledge on fashion so that people can perfect their outfits, but also to lead people to change their perception of their bodies, create their own brand.
