Ashley Hughes
Originally from Cleveland Ohio, Ashley Hughes spent the last 15 years traveling the world. After living in six countries and 14 cities Hughes became well-rounded in marketing, communications and a lot of life experience. In 2017, Hughes sustained severe trauma. Post-Trauma, Hughes moved to Breckenridge with her now fiance and vowed to target an audience worth authentically connecting with—her yoga students. Hughes has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota and an International MA in Sport Humanities, Business and Law through FIFA. She currently works as the head of Marketing & Development for Breck Film and side hustles as a yoga instructor.
Ashlie Weisel
Ashlie Weisel, also known as “The Purveyor of Positive,” found her life work when she opened her funky art studio on Main Street Frisco in 2018. Being able to use this space as a beacon of hope to locals and visitors, Ashlie expanded on her mission to use art and positivity to promote daily happiness and to support local organizations such as Building Hope. She also started the “ You are so loved” movement for local teens as a personal message for suicide prevention through stickers she designed and distributed. Ashlie believes that a simple hello or kind word can change the world!
Jaci Ohayon
Jaci Ohayon is a mom, immigration attorney, writer and serial optimist. When she isn’t trying to hop the next flight to anywhere with her family in tow, you can find her at home in Summit County where she likes to snowboard, camp, spoil her dogs and practice her baking skills on her neighbors.
Jeff Haugland
As a former military bomb technician and decorated combat veteran, Jeff Haugland now serves as the Co-founder/CEO of Invictus Health, Inc. and Co-founder/COO of The Invictus Project 501(c)3. These organizations provide advanced diagnostics and treatments for Traumatic Brain Injury, Post Traumatic Stress and Depression. Each of these organizations collect pre- and post-treatment brain imaging to treat the root cause of patient symptoms, then show quantitative and qualitative improvement following care. Jeff is also a personal/professional development coach dedicated to assisting individuals and organizations create more compelling environments by aligning actions with intrinsic motivation to achieve the future they envision.
Jenna Mcmurtry
Jenna and Jordan McMurtry are twin sisters who recently graduated from Summit High School. Jordan graduated as valedictorian and Jenna as salutatorian for the class of 2020. Both twins also pursued high-level soccer and competitive ski racing. During their junior year of high school, they sought ways to connect high school seniors and senior citizens to bridge the generational gap by forming friendships. What simply started as lunches together and card games, turned into a rewarding experience at the Summit County Community and Senior Center. Jenna is a first-year student at Pomona College in Claremont, California, while Jordan is taking a year off before attending college.
Leigh Girvin
Leigh Girvin grew up in Breckenridge, Colorado, arriving as a young girl in the early 1970s with her family. After graduating from Breckenridge Elementary School and Summit High School, she went back east to study at Amherst College, then hurried home to Colorado as soon as she could. Leigh served as the executive director of two local non-profits before embarking on her history career. She currently works as a guide and docent for the Breckenridge Heritage Alliance, and records oral histories from long-time and long-ago locals for archival preservation. Leigh has also served on various planning commissions for over 25 years, helping to shape her community.
Lisa Lee
Lisa Lee is a 33-year veteran educator, having been Teacher of the Year in Georgia in 2007 and runner-up for the state award in Colorado in 2017. This is her fourth TEDx Talk! She's served as a keynote speaker throughout the US and Europe, where she shares her passion for teaching and learning. Lisa is a Yale National Fellow, owner of EducationaLee Tutoring, and is a professional development consultant. She currently serves as a facilitator for the Gifted and Talented Program at Wheat Ridge High School in Colorado. Lisa believes that connecting with others and building community changes lives.
Lucas Cantor
Lucas Cantor is a composer, producer, multi-instrumentalist, and conductor. He finished Schubert’s 8th Symphony (the unfinished symphony) with the help of AI. The full symphony was premiered in London at Cadogan Hall. He has worked in NBC's music department for nine Olympic Games and won Emmys for two. Among several other notable compositions, Lucas co-produced Lorde's cover of Everybody Wants To Rule The World on the Hunger Games: Catching Fire soundtrack. Lucas is the Chief Composer at the Melbourne Deep Learning Group at the University Of Melbourne, Australia. He currently writes music for DreamWorks Animation's Spirit: Riding Free and for Cannon Busters, both on Netflix.
Sean Hansen

Stacy Smith
Stacy Smith has been providing mental wellness support for adolescents, adults, families and seniors in Summit County through private practice for 17 years. She is an adjunct professor at Colorado Mountain College where she teaches classes such as The Psychology of Death and Dying, Human Sexuality and Human Growth and Development. She is also the founder and director of Club Forget Me Not, a non-profit that helps children who have had a parent or sibling die, with their grieving process.
