Christoph Magnussen
Christoph Magnussen is a film maker, keynote speaker, podcaster and CEO of Blackboat, a company specialized in advising companies regarding New Work and change processes. Together with Michael Trautmann, he hosts the podcast on the way to New Work.
Christoph’s mission is to inspire a new way of working and is passionate about inspiring his audiences about digitization and the roots of the New Work movement.
He studied at St.Gallen University and has previously founded a mobile phone eCommerce business.
Daniel Nowack
Daniel Nowack is managing director for corporate initiatives at Yunus Social Business, a philanthropic venture fund for social businesses and a social venture builder for joint ventures with multinationals. Yunus Social Business was founded by Nobel Peace Prize laureate Prof. Muhammad Yunus and seeks to end poverty with the power of business. Daniel heads the corporate innovation department which guides multinationals to apply their competencies to tackle some of the greatest human challenges.
Before joining Yunus Social Business in 2010, Daniel was active in the startup ecosystem in roles such as CEO, CFO or Head of Business Development and has previous work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Today, he is product and finance mentor for Google LaunchpadX , Partner at Lumen Strategy Design and a lecturer for Lean Management at RheinMain university
Leon Windscheid
Leon Windscheid is a psychologist, keynote speaker, author and entrepreneur.
Leon public awareness rose in 2015, when he was the eleventh winner in Germany of the TV show Who wants to be a millionaire?. With his prize money, he bought a boat in Münster which serves as an event location, and for which’s inauguration he invited the TV host Günther Jauch.
He studied psychology in Münster, before he earned his doctorate in economics where he studied about gender diversity and women in leading positions.
Lia Marlen Schmökel
Lia Marlen Schmökel is visionary nutrition scientist, entrepreneur and speaker. Her expertise spans across multiple areas of nutrition, including preventing chronic diseases, developing alternatives to alcoholic beverages, and advocating a planet-conscious diet.
Lia founded the herbal health startup NOURI as well as NUTRITION HUB, Europe’s largest community for credentialed nutrition experts. Lisa-Sophie Laurent
Lisa Sophie Laurent is an author and youtuber with more than 300,000 followers. On her Youtube channel, she conducts self experiments and talks about topics such as veganism, fair fashion and body positivity. Lisa helps her followers to find their way around life a bit better.
In her newest book, she writes about the inflated expectations in the daily life of our young generation and how to prevent burning out.
Besides her public appearances , she studied psychology and politics. Before the parliamentary election in Germany in 2017, she interviewed SPD chancellor candidate Martin Schulz and German chancellor Angela Merkel in television.
Peter Steudtner
Peter Steudtner is a German Human Rights Defender, trainer and documentary filmmaker from Berlin.
Focusing on holistic security and sustainable activism for activists and organizations, he works with social movements in Southern Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
In July 2017, he was unlawfully arrested by Turkish security forces together with other Human Rights Defenders using a workshop for the Turkish Human Rights Platform. Although all of them were released in the end of October 2017, the judicial case on terrorism charges against the so-called #Istanbul10 is ongoing.
