While she was doing her internship for Samarthnam trust for disabled, she realised the untapped potential in people with disabilities and wanted to make their lives better. Her endeavour, Mitti Café, was set up in 2017, to create a viable platform for adults with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities realize their potential while creating awareness of equal opportunity in the workplace.
As a recognition of her dedication, she has been awarded with the Helen Keller award, Times of India she unlimited award, Microsoft Nipman award as well as the promising social enterprise award from the Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi.
