Battulga.N has been the Chairman of Board of Directors for ITZone LLC since 2017. In 2013, Mr. Battulga leads his team for MBO (management buy out) transaction for MCS Electronics LLC subsidiary of MCS Group and re-establish ITZone LLC. He developed and implemented a range of projects with a focus on process improvement, scenario planning, strategic planning and development activities as well as quality delivery and commissioning. Under Mr. Battulga’s leadership, the company transformed from a specialized hardware sales provider into a leading ICT technology solutions and performance management organization. Mr. Battulga is instrumental in bringing Strategic management, Marketing, Finance, HR and Project management into the competitive marketplace. Beyond his corporate and professional career, Mr. Battulga has been deeply involved in community and social work in the ICT industry.

Bolortuul Tsoodol is a young professional with diverse experience in the fields of international relations, education, environment and social welfare. She has been involved rural development projects since a young age, which influenced her decision to become social activist and to work on local development.
After obtaining her master’s degree in international relations from Waseda University Japan, Bolortuul returned home to work at the Governor’s Office of Darkhan-Uul Province. She is a member of JCI Darkhan chapter and won the 1st place in JCI Mongolia National Speech contest in 2018. She is a fellow of Leaders Advancing Democracy /LEAD/ Mongolia program.

He graduated the 3rd school of Murun, Khuvsgul aimag, and did his bachelor in Geography, Nature Science in Mongolian National University of Education. When he was an university student, he participated in “Oddiin Ereld - 2” and ranked at 4th place.
He successfully graduated university, then went off to South Korea as a contract employee right after the graduation. During his contract time, he participated in a lot of South Korean singing competitions, eventually MONTANT The International Singers company hired him where he worked there for five years.
While he was working as a singer, he participated in famous Korean TV shows such as “Star King”, “Morning Guest” “We love singing”. He also participated at the biggest foreigners singing competition called “Migrant Song Festival 2017” and won an awards.
In 2017, he got invited to sing at Mongolian Education TV’s “Just like him” show. In 2018, he started working with an artist contract with “Mongolian Content”.

Ganzorig Vanchig is the Chairman of the Board at Bat Solution Partners, a business consulting firm specializing in strategy and communications. Prior to Bat Solution Partners, Ganzorig held leadership positions at Media Group, Shunkhlai Group, MOSDAQ, XacBank, and Trade and Development Bank. Ganzorig earned his Master’s degree in Electronic Business Management from the International University of Japan and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame Australia. He has completed training on management, leadership and policy innovation at the University of Cape Town, National University of Singapore, University of Witwatersrand, Oxford University, and Yale University.
He is also a Young Global Leader, Class of 2014, of the World Economic Forum. Founder and Chairman of Down Syndrome Association of Mongolia.
Ider Uugan Ganbat

I am the creative director at Gardi Management LLC, marketing company. I also work at SPS, Mongolia's leading sports television network as NBA analyst and commentator. I went to 93rd high school and after finishing 9th grade tranferred to Kent Street Senior High School in Perth, Australia. After graduation, I moved to Chicago Illinois and did my Bachelor's degree in business administration at East-West University. Returned home in 2005, and started my career in television as a personal assistant to the managing director of Eagle Television. A year later, established its first sports news department and created the first ever sports talk show in Mongolia called NBA TALK. The show is still running in its 13th season today and became the longest running talk show in Mongolian television history. Worked on all sorts of social and fundraising campaigns. Now working on my third social media content called KINO TALK, which is the movie version of NBA and FOOTBALL TALK.

Sergelen Bold
Sergelen.B is one the hundreds of musicians, poets, writers, composers and dancers from Mongolia sent to Russia to train at the country’s finest theaters and conservatories. Many returned home, establishing a lively Western classical movement in Mongolia with government subsidies. The embrace of Western classical culture, especially ballet, counts among “the greatest achievements Mongolia made in the 20th century," says Bold Sergelen, former director of the State Academic Theater. A former ballerina trained at the Perm State Ballet Academy in Russia, Sergelen believes ballet has enjoyed wider popularity than other Western classical arts like opera in Mongolia: "Ballet is a visual art and all about anatomical beauty—Mongolian people love beauty and come to see beautiful movement."
