Hon. Mr. Krishna Bhakta Pokhrel is currently chairman of Law, Justice and Human right committee of House of Representative, Nepal. He was also elected member of constituent assembly. He was a member of the core team of the draft committee while framing Constitution of Nepal. He had served as a convener to the Criminal Code Drafting Committee. As an advocate, Mr. Pokhrel has been practicing as a lawyer for the past 20 years and he was chairperson of Nepal Bar Association, Chitwan chapter as well. Similarly, he has volunteered in many national as well as international Non-Governmental Organizations. He has also been actively involved in the field of humanitarian and has worked towards the betterment of child and women rights ever since he started his career.
