Bogolo Joy Kenewendo
Bogolo J Kenewendo is the Former Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry in the 11th Botswana Parliament. She was the youngest member of the 11th parliament and the youngest woman in the history of Botswana parliament and cabinet. She trained as a trade and economic diplomacy professional. She is the program leader of Molaya Kgosi Women Leadership and Mentorship Program, the Board Chair of Molaya Kgosi Trust, a member of the United Nations Secretary General (UN SG) António Guterres ‘s High Level Panel on Digital Cooperation, a member of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Future Council for Global Public Goods in the Fourth Industrial Revolution and a WEF Young Global Leader.

Dr Cherise Dunn is the co-founder of the Africa Makes 3D-Printing for Development (#3D4D) Initiative - an unique social hybrid organisation increasing capacity and driving economic opportunity for youth, women, and entrepreneurs to adopt the 3D-printing technology and participate in the global industry.
Dineo Ndlanzi
Gogo Dineo is a sangoma, a systems coach and facilitator. Her passion is to teach the world about African spiritual healing and its role in the 21st century. She runs an Institute of Spiritual Healing, where she trains shamans, treats patients, teaches at academic institutions, private sector, radio and television. Her philosophy is that people who are connected to their ancestors and their spirituality are like trees that are deeply rooted with an ability to thrive. Her aspiration is to help align mainstream health care to indigenous African healing for the betterment of those who are seeking wellness and health.
Landa Mabenge
Landa Mabenge is the author of Becoming Him-a trans memoir of triumph. He is a transgender educationalist through his independent consultancy, Landa Mabenge Consulting, and is the first known transgender man in South Africa to successfully motivate a medical aid for the payment of his gender alignment surgeries. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Mandela Washington Fellowship (MWF), the flagship programme of President Barack Obamas Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI).
Leonie Joubert
Leonie Joubert is an award-winning South African science writer and author of more than ten books. She uses storytelling to grapple with today’s big global challenges: climate and ecosystem collapse, and the political-economy driving this; why the city food system leaves many of us hungry, heavy, and sick; and how to design more friendly, fair, and healthy city-scapes. Her latest audio-book, The Psychonauts, investigates the potential of psychedelic-assisted therapy for treating certain mental health conditions, but with a distinctly South African flavour.
Sarah Isaacs
Sarah Isaacs is a portrait and documentary photographer, transforming her history of childhood sexual abuse into a tool for reaching and empowering fellow survivors. Using photography as her medium for connecting, Sarah strives to create safe spaces in which womxn are seen and heard, unrestricted by narrow definitions of what it means to be a “lady”. Through her storytelling she encourages womxn to find strength in vulnerability, power in the survival of trauma and empathy in meaningful human connection.
