Dr. Marissa Jablonski is internationally recognized for her expertise in water engineering, international development, and plastics reduction-but it is her way of understanding complex interactions involving human beings and environmental systems, and her special talents in storytelling and systems processes, that truly help organizations and people make simple and effective environmentally informed, socially inclusive choices.

A senior at Lakeland majoring in Education and minoring in English, Emily is heavily involved in music as a member of band and choir, and the campus A Capella group. Her passion for working with kids started as a summer camp counselor in high school and has translated over in her love of education.
Lisa Koenecke
After 12 years as a middle/high school counselor, Lisa is now a Lakeland University adjunct faculty member training the next generation of school counselors. She holds her Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University and has a passion for volunteering and giving back to her communities.
Maia Reed
A senior studying Business and Marketing, Maia is originally from the western suburbs of Chicago, but has called Lakeland home for the past four years. Even though she will be graduating in May, she knows that her learning does not stop just because her formal education has.

With a Master's Degree in Communication, Mary is an adjunct instructor of Communication at Lakeland University and Waukesha County Technical College. Her research surrounds interpersonal and end-of-life communication. She lectures on this topic to both current and future healthcare professionals at universities and conferences.

A junior at Lakeland University, Randall has been the victim of his own thoughts, often leading him into a dark place of failure and disappointment. An Assistant Professor of Business and Management at Lakeland University, Yaron teaches management, leadership, strategy, international business, and human resources courses. He uses his decade-long experience as a manager in Corporate America and his service as a Lieutenant in the Israeli army to guid and train aspiring leaders and managers.
