JNJ Suzhou!

TEDxJNJSuZhou 2019 is officially open. The theme of this activity is "Empower". You will also have the opportunity to connect and bond with hundreds of TEDxJNJers. So come and Join!

The core message “Empower” conveys is how to make people more capable of doing what they want to do. It can be further interpreted from several different perspectives:

• Empowering yourself can motivate yourself to constantly learn and grow, expand other skills, and make yourself more self-reliant and self-confident.
• Empowering others can enable others to better display their value and help yourself establish more meaningful relationships.
• Empowering organization can help you to create your own unique value in the enterprise and maximize personal intelligence and potential.
• Organizations can also stimulate the vitality and creativity of teams by empowering talents to develop and innovate, motivate them to forge ahead with determination, giving them the freedom to make independent decisions.
• New technology can empower productivity, build smart factories with great adaptability, resource efficiency and ergonomics, and build a highly flexible production mode for individualized and digital products and services

TEDxJNJSuzhou 2019年度大会正式启动。此次大会主题为“赋能”，我们可以从不同维度共同探讨与我们息息相关的多元话题，你也将有机会与数百位TEDxJNJers产生联结、碰撞创想。

“赋能”这个词，它所传达的核心意思是：怎样让人们更有能力去完成他们想要做的事情。可以从多个不同角度去进一步解读：

• 赋能自己，可以促使自己不断地学习充电，扩展其他技能，让自己更加自强自信。
• 赋能他人，可以引导别人更好地发挥价值，建立广阔的人脉圈。
• 赋能于组织，可以创造自己在企业里的独特价值，最大限度发挥个人才智和潜能。
