She is the Founder of Youths of West Africa (YOWA), an NGO that empowers young people in West Africa with the skills, knowledge and resources needed to set up and run sustainable businesses.
She also works with the U.S Commercial Service as a Commercial Specialist, providing market entry guidance to U.S companies.

Chiedozie Nwafor is a Biomedical scientist and Public Health professional who deploys evidence-based models to tackling some of the biggest global health challenges while enhancing access to healthcare, especially for under-served populations. He holds a Bachelors degree in Biological sciences from the University of Abuja, a Masters degree in Biomedicine from Lancaster University, UK and certifications in Global Health from the Imperial College London and Public Management from The Ohio State University, USA.
Chiedozie is a member of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community, a recipient of the UK government's Chevening Scholarship award for emerging global leaders, the U.S government's Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders and the UNLEASH UN SDGs Global Talents award. In June 2018, he was named as one of the Top 10 Black Students in the UK at the annual Rare Rising Stars Awards held at the UK parliament.

Cynthia Mbamalu is a dedicated human and gender rights advocate, youth pro-activist and a development practitioner. A lawyer by profession with an LLM in Comparative Constitutional Law from the Central European University (CEU), she specializes in legislative, public policy, human and women rights advocacy, youth political development, constitution building and elections. As a founding member of YIAGA AFRICA (www.yiaga.org) she has dedicated the past 12 years to development work specifically targeted as building sustainable democracies and promoting human rights. She currently serves as the Program Manager for YIAGA AFRICA and she manages the Annual Youth Organizing School for young people in Nigeria and West Africa on how to organize for Policy advocacy and Civic Engagement.

Chief Loretta Aniagolu is the Managing Partner and CEO of FIT Consult Limited. She has over 30 years of experience spanning Banking, Finance, Real Estate, and Mining Sectors. She has been the CEO of FIT since the year 2000. She has held positions in the Public and Private Sectors in Nigeria and the United States of America, as well as, carried out extensive consulting in different Countries in Africa. She has conceived and executed large and unique Real Estate Projects in different parts of Nigeria, the most recent being the HELIU Project, which is a Public-Private Partnership with the Enugu State Government.
