Aditya Singh, junior scientist, an entrepreneur who illustrates, 'Age is just a number' is the founder of Jr Sc ki Duniya speaks about his trials and the tribulations he walked past since his grade 4. He claimed, initially age was a barrier and strived hard to overcome it. He put before the incident that ignited him to explore science. His travel started when his sister took part in a science exhibition but he was denied to participate as he was young. This put forward Aditya, to break the number, age. Later he traveled along with his fascination with cars ran on seawater. He somehow struggled, got one such car from his dad and won so many science exhibitions.
He invented an instrument to give out the platelet count instantaneously as he sensed the delay in getting reports for the platelet count when his father was suffering from dengue. This instrument also diagnoses dengue. This is his first independent patent, for which he used his own blood for demonstration and research. He is a person, who believes and follows the JUGAAD approach for all his inventions. He also demonstrated the device, for the oral cavity on one of the audience. He is a child prodigy whose intellect and invention gets added day by day. He marks, to shoot high and not to let the ball, paving the way to more innovations.
Amrita Samant
Amrita Samant, the expertise child photographer, shares her journey of artistic pursuit. As a kid raised from a typical north indian middle class family she was a good scholar, and was opted to streams except arts, as it was considered to have a lesser outlook . Appeasing her parents dream, she had a double degree in business Administration of human resources. Though she had a contented life with good pay for seven years, her life stood fragmented with her passion longing on the other side.
Necessity is the mother of invention, and the necessity of this lad pushed herself to run towards her passion and quit the high scaled corporate life. Initial stages of her decision was a grapple between reality and her desire. Fighting them consistently has now been a fruitful experience for the child photographer.

Mohan Raja, a well known film director among south India shares his experience from his 38 years journey in the film industry. Utilizing one and half years of time for writing the story with a blend of ideas that emerged ,’Thani Oruvan’ came into existence which became an massive hit.
Priyanka Mohite
Priyanka Mohite based on Maharashtra was raised listening to the legendary tales of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Each and every story increased her love for History. She went against the taboo of education and gained the majority of her knowledge from the forts she used to visit along with her cousins and her uncle. At the age of 11, her interest in dance made her a Bharatnatyam dancer. Her interest in Climbing made her pursue Rock climbing courses. This was where she decided to scale Mount Everest.
She did a lot of courses on mountaineering and finally got selected for her dream of scaling the Everest. Scaling Everest is not a piece of cake. One must be mentally, physically and financially stable in order to scale Everest.
She had a tough time finding sponsors for her expedition, every sponsor refused to state a simple reason that, she was a girl. "Whenever you face a problem learn to Acclimatize to the new situations and it will help you find a solution". After going through a lot of humiliation and hurdles she finally reached the pinnacle.
" Rather than taking a big leap, your small steps at a time will get you closer to your dream", says the mountaineer. With the same motivation, Priyanka Mohite became the first Indian woman to scale Mount Makalu.

Rajini Krishnan
Mr. Rajini Krishnan is the first Indian motorcycle racer to be recognized International. He has also initiated a training academy called the Rajini Academy of Competitive Racing for encouraging and aiding thriving racers as him. The 38-year-old racer was the national road racing champion for nine consecutive years between 2003-2012. His first international victory was at the Losail Asian road racing championship.
This profoundly motivating talk illustrated the significance of hard work and passion. He orates about his expedition from a young ardent racer to an international champion. The racer describes about how he started out at an early age of 21, when racing was not familiar and recognized by the greater population. Furthermore, he goes on to explain about the hardships and complications which were entangled with his road to victory. He comprehensively correlated his journey with the theme “Trials, Tribulations, Triumphs” providing an outlook into the harsh reality of life. The champion concluded his talk by accentuating the fact that perseverance and hard work made him the hero he is today .
Sameera Reddy
Sameera Reddy is a dexterous woman and inspiring actress has been winning beauty and style over the years. She stole the hearts with her Tamil movie debut. Crayons and Dreamz homes are windows created by her to house homeless children. Tasting success and failure alternatively was not strange for her. She has etched her flair in several film industries. The woman also owns her own video game called "Sameera-The Street Fighter". The present mother of two toddlers handles business monotonously.
Shylu Ravindran Sahib Singh
The talk began with the speech of the lead guitarist of the Jatayu Band, Shylu Ravindran. He was born into a family of Carnatic percussionist. His father has been a Mridangam artist, no wonder how his interest in music started.
Carnatic music and the numerical go hand in hand, which led to the formation of the logo of Team Jatayu. The logo consists of the four basic arithmetic operations. This signifies how four different time signatures of their team combine to make it sound one. His desire to explore all the chapters of music made him learn guitar.
Well, the story of Sahib Singh had nothing to do with music. He had no background of music and his story to the introduction of music has been a little impish. He found participating in a college culturals as a guitarist would be a good reason to escape his class. Ironically, he ended up receiving a prize. This led to his interest in music. He learnt music in Swarnabhoomi Academy of Music(SAM). Coincidentally, he was trained by Shylu Ravindran’s father Mr Prapancham Ravindran.
They were joined two other music lovers, Kashyap Jaishankar and Manu Krishnan for the formation of Team Jatayu. All the four have had different opinions, different perspectives towards life. Be it musically or personally, if one starts looking from other’s perspective then life will be much easier. “Words can be fake sometimes, but sounds are very true”.
Suyash Singh, Pranit Mehta
Avishkar Hyperloop – the team constitutes of dexterous millennials who pose as a key to the future of transportation. The pioneers in the fifth mode of transport – Hyperloop are from IIT Madras, comprising 30 engineers, designers and business leaders from diverse fields. They are the only team from the entire continent to get shortlisted globally among the top 21 teams for the final round of the SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition, held at Los Angeles, California. Suyash Singh is the founder of Avishkar Hyperloop and Pranit Mehta is currently the team head, who was present, representing the whole team at TEDxSriSairamIT.
The talk was comprehensively about their journey in bringing fantasy to existence. They have been striving vigorously to gratify their vision” Develop technologies for a future mode of high-speed transportation with its applications in various prominent fields”. Furthermore, their motive was to redefine technology. The duo also went on to explain a few basic things such as what, how and why hyperloop. This talk gave a sneak peek into the endeavors and challenges they endured. They summed up their talk about the moment they met Elon Musk-founder of SpaceX and signed off by highlighting that anything and everything is possible only if you can take a stride forward.
Vikash Paul
Vikas paul, a vibrant stand-up comedian connects to each and every one with his common man life story. The audience were able to relate their lives with his story. He stated that, “People have to take many decisions and make many choices in their lives which may or may not be right”.
The young comedian then shared his story about the three choices he had to make in his life, which carved a beautiful path to where he stands now. He also mentioned that, sometimes someone else would take decisions for you, but you should be the one to know, which bridges to cross and which to burn.
He expressed that “It is okay to not make the right choices at the first”. But, when it’s high time to take the most important decision and make a choice in your life, have enough courage to make that choice which your heart feels is right. It is not the right choice you have made until your heart feels it’s right.
In life, people definitely make wrong choices at first. But it is important that people learn from their mistakes and experiences so that they can shine when the right opportunity strikes. Know your weaknesses, Learn from your experiences and finally Improve your weaknesses using your experiences.
“It is not the choice you make that defines you, it’s what the choice makes you defines you.”
