In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, the aim of TEDxUniversitasPertamina is to accommodate all great mind whose not getting enough expose in various fields to spread their "Ideas Worth Spreading". The brilliance of this model is that participants listen to lectures directly, while videos produced from presentations are posted online for anyone in the world to access for free. The hope is that the ideas, perspectives, and insights contained in this conversation broaden the perspectives of the audience. This can lead to direct action to help a cause, changes in personal behavior, or new ways to consider problems that act the community's new views and
understandings.

Langgas, which have similar meaning to “kebebasan” in Indonesian language is align with our goal to promote freedom in every aspect of life. We believe one should not be constrained with anything or anyone in choosing their way of life.

Adi Reza

Adi Reza are a Co-founder and CEO of MYCL, a biotech startup that produces sustainable material for the global market. MYCL provides high-performance and low-impact bio material for fashion and building applications. Graduated from the School of Architecture, Bandung Technology Institute (ITB) in Indonesia, Adi has been passionate about entrepreneurship since early days. He was previously Co-founder & Creative Director of Growbox, a company that provides do-it-yourself mushroom growing kit. Together with the co-founders, Growbox pivoted as MYCL (or also known as Mycotech) in 2015. Under his leadership, MYCL has been recognized both locally and internationally such as 2017 Architecture & Urban Design Biennale in Seoul, 2018 DBS Social Enterprise Awards, and 2019 MIT Solve Circular Economy Challenge. Adi is also Australia Awards Scholars for its short term program in 2018, focusing on International Business Readiness at the Queensland University of Technology.

Ira Puspadewi

Ira Puspadewi is a woman that has been directly involved in the industrial aspect for quite a long time. She’s been in charge of being the Director of Retail, Networld, and HR of PT Pos Indonesia as well as being the President Director of PT Sarinah (Persero). As of now, Ira is responsible for being the President Director of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero). Prior to his career in the state-owned industries, Ira previously worked for 17.5 years at Gap Inc. Ira has earned her doctoral degree focusing in Strategic Management from the Faculty of Economics and Business, the University of Indonesia as well as a Master in Development Management from Asian Institute of Management in the Philippines. As for her bachelor’s degree, she earned it from Brawijaya University, focusing on Animal Husbandry Social Economics. Having to work in the industrial aspect dominated by masculine culture, shows that Ira has a passion to lead despite being a woman in a pretty conservative society. As a woman and a mother, Ira shows that despite the fact that there still a lot of prejudice toward woman being a leader in the back of people’s minds, industrial works well and even better with a woman being in charge as a leader.
