AISHA YAKUBU is a volunteer and a Social Impact enthusiast. She Co-founded AL ILM Child Trust Foundation and Sustainable teaching for Education Progression (STEPP Project).
As a volunteer, she coordinates the Ja Muje Initiative Safespaces Project. She is an active member of Almajiri Child's Right Initiative (ACRI) and also the PRO of Halal Children's home, Kaduna.
She has a full time job as the Project Coordinator of Water Support Charity Organization.
Aisha holds a bachelor's degree in sociology and a Masters in Public Administration.

Atika Uba Kamfa

Atika Uba Kamfa has a diploma in Arabic and Islamic Studies in Bayero University Kano (BUK). Kamfa participates in different Qur’anic studies programs, and considers herself a student of the Qur’an.
She established a school in 2000 at Gadon Kaya, here in Kano State which has more than 300 students, 53 of which are orphans that are being taught free; the school has 11 classes and 13 teachers. She runs an educational program for women at the Kamfa family house with more than 200 students that started in 2014.
Atika Uba Kamfa has worked with the Hisbah Board for 9 years as the Head female Da’awah section, and as assistant superintendent and O.C.
She has traveled to other countries in her quest for knowledge and Da’awah, these include Egypt, Ghana, Togo and Benin Republic.
She presents a lot of programs aimed at sensitizing the society on social issues, especially regarding issues that have to do with women in different radio stations. She is currently the presenter of ‘Mace ta Gari'.
Emdee Tiyamiyu

MUBARAK DAMILARE TIAMIYU is a professional communicator, motivational speaker and the convener of World Speech Day, Nigeria.
He is currently a Data Management consultant at Adam Smith International West Africa (ASIWA), where he oversees the Database Access, Integration & Needs of Mafita - a DFID-funded project that empowers 40,000 marginalized youths in North-Western Nigeria with economic opportunities.
In 2018, Damilare founded Girong - Nigeria's foremost Virtual Reality company for local tourism.
An Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer (OCPJP), Oracle Certified Associate Database Administrator (OCADBA) and an Oracle Certified Professional Database Administrator (OCPDBA), Damilare is passionate about youth development and digitization of the public sector in Nigeria.
He is a 2016 Mandela Washington Fellow where he learned Public Management best practices at the Arizona State University.
Habiba Ali
Renewable Energy Expert
ALI has been in the renewable energy industry since 2005. She co-founded the Developmental Association for Renewable Energies and is the CEO of SOSAI Renewable Energies, an industry which offers efficient, reliable and sustainable products including solar lamps, solar home systems and water filters to the people of the rural and peri-urban communities of Northern Nigeria.
She is currently the interim Vice President of the Renewable Energies Association of Nigeria, and is a member of the Partnership for Clean Indoor Air, the Global Alliance for Clean Cook Stoves, the Nigerian Alliance for Clean Cook Stoves, and the Nigerian Energy Network.
In 2016, she was named a Cherie Blaire and a Cherie Blaire mentor in 2017.
Habiba holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance, and is currently a dissertation-level PhD student in management (finance).
Juwairiyya Badamasiuy
Professor of Islamic Law
Badamasiuy is a Professor of Islamic Law from Bayero University Kano. She is the first female professor in the faculty. She is presently the Dean of Law at the Police Academy, Wudil where she is undergoing a year sabbatical leave. She specialized on aspects including Women, children, family, discourse on gender equality and Feminism. She is a passionate tutor and researcher in her field of study and beyond.
She the author of "Status and Role of Women under the Shariah" and also "Parental Obligations and Rights under the Child’s Rights Act: A Shariah Perspective", reviewed and published as "Protection of the Rights of the Child in Northern Nigeria".
She is the Director of the Sisters Directorate of the IIIT (International Institute of Islamic Thought) Nigeria office where they specialize in integrating western with islamic knowledge and intellectually guiding and grooming the female folks.

Mr. Muhammad Nuruddeen Lemu is the Director of Research and Training at the Da’wah Institute of Nigeria (DIN), Islamic Education Trust (IET) in Minna, Nigeria.
He is the Director of Lotus Capital (Halal Investments) Limited, the Development Initiative of West Africa (DIWA) and the Almajiri Child Rights Initiative (ACRI).
Mr. Lemu has trained and given talks to students, lecturers, youth, community and religious leaders in over 30 countries, and he has moderated, presented and produced more than two hundred radio and television programmes.
He is a Fellow of Aspen Leadership Institute (ALI) and member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network (AGLN), Colorado, USA and of the Africa Leadership Initiative - West Africa (ALIWA). He holds a MSc. in Resource Management from Edinburgh University, UK, and a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria.

Usman Gezawa
Person with Disability
Gezawa has a great passion for computer programming and is based in the ancient city of Kano. He is currently a Computer Science student with the Faculty of Computer Sciences and Information Technology of the prestigious Bayero University, Kano.
Gezawa is physically-challenged and has been on a wheelchair for about 10 years. He has a brother and two sisters who help him with his daily activities.
When he is not engaged in programming, he sits outdoors on his wheelchair to appreciate and reflect on the awesome grand design of the beautiful sky (especially on cloudy days) or to read some motivational books/articles.
Gezawa believes that every human being is unique and has peculiar skills and abilities, and that people with disabilities (PWDs) have a role to play and a contribution to make to the society.
Yusuf Ramadan

RAMADAN YUSUF is the founder of YUMHAF Digital Innovation (YDI), co-founder of WISH (Words Inspire Spoken Hope). He is the head of ICT at Queens Science Academy, Kano.
Yusuf is a strong advocate for Peace and unity, good governance, social justice and political hygiene. His professional interests focus on leveraging ICT and Theatre Arts to address problems facing his immediate environment.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Usman Ɗanfodiyo University, Sokoto.
