The 1000’s miles journey starts with a step, it may be so easy for anyone with superpowers such as Hulk, Thor, or even for Dr. Steven Strange. However, here, in the real world, we are not allowed to move in this but a step by step, but we can stimulate it a little bit. Success can be reached by several ways, but the main factor that affects on the process is collaboration.
Assemble, inspired by Avengers: Endgame, is the word said by Captain America before the final, epic battle with Thanos. Our success depends on how much we collaborated together, it’s not about how much you've worked, it’s about what we’ve done together.
It was never about who we are, it’s about what we do together to success. You see! The success here can be got with any people, Thor was an alien, so Captain Marvel was, Captain America was frozen for 70 years, Ironman is a rich scientist and businessman, Black panther is a king. Everyone has his/her own story, but they had one common factor; the passion they had, the desire that led them to success.
Here, at TEDxYouthMaadiSTEM, we believe that the top of your glory comes from your deepest desires. So, our speakers are here to share with you the journey itself, their desires that had lightened the long way for them.

Ahmed Abdelnaby

Ahmed Abdelnaby is an engineer at Mechatronics Department, Helwan University. Despite his young age, he is a formerly robotics instructor at Nile University, BUE, Zewail City, and a current supervisor of the scientific activity at Heliopolis Sports Club. He is also the founder and CEO at Innovation Club – it aims to upgrading the current & new generation in Robotics Nanotechnology, Solar Energy, Programming and Mathematics & their way of life. Concerning his awards, Ahmed won a number of competitions, as the 2nd place in ROBOCON’16 Competition and 3rd place in RoboGames 2017 Competition. In addition to that, he has been organizing many events like Metal Monsters at Maker Faire Cairo 2018 and ROV competition’19. Doing all of this is dedicated to the sole purpose of being “a fingerprint on the forehead of the age.”

Ahmed Saad

In addition to being in the Ship For World Youth Leaders “SWY 29”, Ahmed Saad has created workshops to train the young for scholarships under the name “Scholarships Heroes” for the sole purpose of serving them

Ahmed Zein

Ahmed Zeineldin is an Egyptian entrepreneur who is a board member in three different enterprises including Revolta Egypt, RISC (Reliable Integrated Solutions Company, and Risc legal academy for training. After gaining this tremendous experience, he decided to raise his own startups, which he indeed did by Founding Tesla Club Egypt and Bedayat (art space).

Hanan El-sokkary

Being a Senior consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology, she must have had a marvelous life, but she decided that this wasn’t enough, that she can achieve even better things. She became certified as an announcer and radio & television programmer from the Creators Union of Arabs. She also became certified as an official trainer. She found her passion in writing and decided, without needing help from anybody, to start her own page and write her own unique content. She always yearned for making others’ life better so, she began life coaching and human development. She believed that success is adding something different to life everyday and she managed to do just that.

Hatim Zaghloul

He is the inventor of the well-known daily-used Wi-FI! He is renowned in the field and known among global companies in the field of telecommunications and technology. Hatim decided that he couldn’t be stingy with the amount of information he has; so, he contributed to developing the Internet service to increase its speed and using it on mobile phones. In 1989, he joined a Canadian telecom company after he emigrated from Egypt in 1983. There, he established his invention in cooperation with his companion Dr. Michel Fattoush. What a miraculous career he has.

Mahmoud Maaroof

Mahmood Maaroof is known as the godfather of the ENNEAGRAM in Egypt and the Middle East. He is a certified ENNEAGRAM, relationship, career, and life coach from ILM, United Kingdom. Also, he is a certified positive discipline parent educator, leadership coach, and couple therapy coach from the Gottman Institute, USA. Being the writer of the book series "رحلة آدم", that is considered the first coaching program using ENNEAGRAM in Egypt, Mahmood is a professional trainer and public speaker training in local and national organizations in more than 20 Egyptian governorates and 15 universities.

Mohamed Abbas

Eng. Mohammed Abbas graduated from Electrical Engineering Faculty, Ain Shams University in 2005. He spent his life in Engineering, and one day he realized that this isn’t truly what he loves. Mohamed followed his passion, neglected his social position, and resigned.

Mohamed Marwan

Mohamed Marwan, who spent 19 years as a cross-functional and business transformation leader, has managed multiple territories in emerging markets and executed customer projects in more than 12 countries through different leadership roles with Scala Business Solutions, General Electric and Almentor. Mohamed is also well known for leading successful teams including Digital and Organizational transformation, Business Growth Platforms, CX, Assets Optimization, and Operational Excellence. He accumulated this terrific experience through a numerous list of consulting engagements for clients in EMEA, and different business leadership roles in Emerging Markets. Education has always been a crucial pillar in his career. He has MSc and MBA degrees besides a number of international certificates in technology, manufacturing, supply chain and project management. Mohamed is currently leading Learning Strategy and Clients Services at Almentor, collaborating with different partners and brand ambassadors to execute B2B/B2C learning strategies.

Reham Nasser

Reham is the Co-Founder and CEO of TeenPreneurs Egypt with the mission to empower youth through technology and entrepreneurship. She works as an ITOT Operations E2E Leader for Procter and Gamble Egypt as well as leading the Digital Compliance Program for India, Middle East and Africa. She has been working in the IT industry for 15 years! Moreover, before Procter and Gamble, Reham used to work as an IT Service Delivery Consultant at the renowned Company, Hewlett Packard Enterprise. She was a Business Information Technology Instructor at Nile Academy for Science. She received the TechWomen Change Agent Scholar Award at the Grace Hopper Celebration for Women in Computing 2011. She was a board member of Nozom for Information Technology NGO.
