Anna-Marie DiPasquale

Anna-Marie DiPasquale is a licensed clinical social worker, serving as a School Social Worker at Concord High School. She leads the ELL program assisting refugee students’ transition to academic and cultural life in America, and is the founder of the Be the Change club, Concord High School’s multicultural club.
She has been awarded the Champions of Children award for exemplary contributions to young people, and has been the keynote speaker for the Educational Conference in Tallinn, Estonia. Ms. DiPasquale’s history as a family therapist with Riverbend Community Health, and as Manager of Public and Community Affairs and Government Affairs Administrator for a large international company, provided experience leading to her work today. She also serves on the advisory council for the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation.
Ms. DiPasquale holds a Master’s from the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from New England College.

Aria S. Halliday is Assistant Professor of Africana Feminisms in the Department of Women’s and Gender Studies at the University of New Hampshire. Black feminist theory informs her current research, in which she examines cultural constructions of Black girlhood and womanhood in 20th and 21st century popular culture in the U.S. and English-speaking Caribbean. She has written popularly for the North Star and OZY magazine. Her academic work is featured in Departures in Critical Qualitative Research, Girlhood Studies, Palimpsest, SOULS, and several edited volumes.

Hanna is a wife, mother, and co-founder of the Kearsarge Food Hub, a young nonprofit working to rebuild community around a restorative local food system. She graduated from Smith College with a degree in Philosophy and Environmental Science and Policy, and set off on a path to help recast our relationships with nature and each other through food, and in so doing create solutions to the most pressing issues of our time, including public health, climate change, poverty and hunger, and social equity. Hanna calls upon a variety of mediums to tell the story of the Kearsarge Food Hub and it’s many facets, including social media, writing, video production, talks, presentations, and events, while engaging and inviting the community to join in the organization’s growth and development. Hanna is driven by the human story behind the local food and community systems within which she is working, and by the urgent need to create a safe and prosperous future for her two young children.

Rabbi Robin Nafshi was ordained by Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion in 2005. She joined Temple Beth Jacob in July of 2010. Before that, she served as the Assistant Rabbi at Temple Emeth in Teaneck, NJ and the Associate Rabbi of Temple Beth-El in Hillsborough, NJ. Rabbi Robin is a graduate of both New York University and Cornell Law School. She worked in the San Francisco Bay Area as an attorney, legal editor, and legal author before attending rabbinical school.
Rabbi Robin embraces the definition of rabbi as “teacher” – in the classroom, while leading worship, during meetings, and in personal conversations and interactions. Rabbi Robin cares deeply about people and listens with an open and non-judgmental heart; pastoral counseling is another core part of her rabbinate.
Rabbi Robin shares her life with her partner, Cantor Shira Nafshi, who serves as TBJ’s part-time cantor. They are the delighted parents of Liba, who joined their family in January of 2014.

Senie Hunt is a self-taught, singer-songwriter and percussive guitarist based in Concord, New Hampshire. Adopted from Sierra Leone at age 5 during the brutal Diamond Wars, his inherent passion for West African rhythms and percussion led him to experiment with drumming on the guitar as a way to capture the sound and rhythms of his roots. Since his life in Sierra Leone, music has always been a source of healing. Senie's playing is eclectic, powerful and artfully unique. This original approach and performance style, especially his unique percussion, sets Senie apart from other acoustic guitarists.

Stephen Duprey is the owner of the Duprey Companies, businesses that develop, own and manage commercial and hospitality real estate in New Hampshire.
He currently serves as President of The Currier Museum of Art and has previously served on the boards of the Capitol Center for the Arts and the NH Historical Society. He serves on the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce and recently chaired the effort to redevelop the Main Street of Concord, NH. Duprey authored the legislation and created the New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority. Duprey also serves on the Governor’s Interagency Task Force on Homelessness.
Duprey has served politically for numerous New Hampshire Governors and Congresspeople, in addition to work with the Republican Party on state and national levels. He also served as a senior advisor to Senator John McCain in 2007 and 2008. He is a native of North Conway and holds a B.A in Public Policy from New College and a J.D. from Cornell University Law School.
