Edwin Lim
Edwin Lim is the creator of Soapboxer Company and also the pioneer of the 3L Initiatives (Locally Owned, Locally Developed, Locally Delivered). Through his company, Edwin has developed several coaching programs. After spending almost 2 decades working as an IT business transformation consultant, project manager and operations manager, Edwin knows what is missing in the transferring of knowledge and business know-how to the workforce. Edwin realises that many of the training approaches and programs “tell” how to achieve an end result, be it a strategy paper presented to the Board, pitching a product to potential investors or managing a project. This is where context-based coaching comes in – rather than “tell”, Edwin’s coaching sessions “shows” how it is done.

Mohd Zulhilmi Zainal
Mohd Zulhilmi Zainal runs and own a marketing consultancy that provides training and help to startups and SMEs around Brunei since early 2015.
Before he started his own marketing consultancy, Zul studied in Brisbane, Australia at Griffith University for 7 years and graduated in Bachelor of Business, majoring in marketing in 2012. Upon returning to Brunei, he acquired a sales job in the medical field for 3 years.
But left the medical sales profession because he had always dreamed of owning and running a marketing company that could benefit the government and the private industries in Brunei.
Now, with Icon Marketing Consultancy, Zul has provided a number of training and consultation sessions for the local business graduate, startups and SMEs. And hopefully in the years to come, will be providing more training and knowledge sharing sessions to increase the private industries knowledge on marketing and how it can be done more effectively.
