Cami Smith-Dahl is a junior at International High School, who is currently pursuing an International Baccalaureate. She is an Oakland native, and is passionate about social justice, film and aviation. She is the president of her high school's Black Student Union and sits on the Student Diversity Council.
Lola Thrower
Student
Lola Thrower is a junior pursuing an International Baccalaureate at International High School in San Francisco. She is a member of her high school’s Model United Nations club, which sparked her interest in global politics, and through her community service work, she developed a passion for civic issues, particularly concerning public education. She enjoys watching TED talks, and decided to use this TEDx conference as an opportunity to share her thoughts.
Natalie Rathle

Natalie Rathle is a senior in the French Baccalaureate science track at International High School in San Francisco. She hopes to continue her scientific interests by pursuing an animal science major in college next year. She is passionate about theater, art, and fashion and loves spending the weekend with her two horses. She is thrilled to be speaking at this year’s TEDx event.

Taylor is an aspiring policymaker who was born and raised in Thousand Oaks, California. He is interested in the various ways in which business, society, and the environment can intertwine. His love for his hometown (Thousand Oaks) and appreciation for all of the positive mentors he has had in his life are what inspire him to pursue positive social change in his schooling and in his career.
Traci Everett

Traci Everett is a long-time educator who has worked in several schools across the country - large and small, public and private, and with students from kindergarten to high school. Her roles of wife, mom, stepmom, and grandmother, as well as her experiences in and out of school have helped shape her vision for empowering all students to thrive. She has worked with students who have diagnosed learning challenges for almost 30 years and is an advocate of supporting each student to reach their potential and pursue their passions.
