2018 has been a year of amazement, angst, social disruption and external events have been affecting the work and lives of people. With the fresh year, it's time to rethink what reflections we can actually see and use to impact the way we look at ourselves which in turn can have a great effect on how we see our societies.

Melpo Pittara

Biomedical Engineer
MELPO PITTARA is a biomedical engineer by profession yet she is best known as an analog girl at heart, living in a digital world. An extreme sports aficionado, she gets a generous dose of adrenaline rush surfing salty shorelines and beyond. Melpo combines her travels with her passion for sports, and delightful food experiences. Her adventures vary from snorkeling with Hawaiian turtles, to hiking in the Wicklow mountains in Ireland, and sipping Korean high tea following yet another lifetime trekking experience on the Seonghsan Ilchulbong tip, a volcanic formation also known as the Sunrise Peak in the Korean Jeju island. Some of Melpo’s greatest joys are socializing and meeting new people. ‘People are made up of countless pixels, just like pictures,’ she says ‘and I find it fascinating exploring those pixels.’

Shannon gives busy teams a framework to speedily build the happiness muscles that turn instinctive stress into a catalyst for high-performance. What makes Shannon smile is turning frowns upside down and transmuting the fact that people are stress superstars into an advantage, unleashing untapped potential with a lion-like roar and a sprinkle of fairy dust from science
