The idea behind TEDxFortMcMurray has never wavered: to discover a more powerful way to reveal more of Wood Buffalo to the world. And that commitment continues with the all-new TEDx Salon, BOSS.

So, welcome to BOSS. TEDx at its most brilliant.

BOSS is an innovative salon on women, business and leadership. Be wowed from start to finish. BOSS delivers a spectacular, immersive experience that instantly connects you to women who excel in the ordinary and extraordinary.

Women like special guests Arlene Strom (Lawyer & Corporate Executive), Raylene Whitford (Corporate Executive & Social Entrepreneur), Maxine Willocks-Peddle (Restaurateur), Kristi Hines (Entrepreneur), and Sarah McKendry (Artist, Author & Entrepreneur).

BOSS is inspired by the theme for International Women's Day: #BalanceforBetter.

The future is exciting! Women in Wood Buffalo and around the world are showing up and shaping the future we all want to see. From Conklin to Casablanca, we are entering an exciting period of history where the world expects balance. We notice its absence. We celebrate its presence. So, together, let's explore how to build a gender-balanced world.

A lot can happen in one evening! You get to experience everything you love about TEDx - and a scintillating new way to take it all in.

Program includes reception and cash bar.
