Art Norins is a proven serial entrepreneur, who has successfully built multiple businesses from concept to reality.
He is also a passionate philanthropist (HartHub, Inc.) who cares deeply about the future of planet earth and all its inhabitants. At the beginning of 2017 Art transitioned out of his venture backed high tech company, Nor1, Inc., to focus his time, energy and capital on social impact work. He specifically gravitated to quality early childhood and parent development, because it goes upstream to the source of societies major challenges (poverty, physical/mental health issues, homelessness, substance abuse, incarceration, etc.) and attempts to prevent them.
Chris Ernst

We live in an interdependent world where everything is, or soon will be, connected. Chris' mission is to empower people to collaborate across boundaries to solve problems, innovate and transform. His work has engaged generals and ambassadors in Iraq to the Executive Director of a leading nonprofit in India to the CEO of a disruptive innovation company in Silicon Valley to the founders of the world’s largest philanthropy and the many people who are impacted by their actions. As an active speaker and writer on global issues, his work can be found in leading outlets such as HBR, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Organizational Dynamics and MIT Sloan Management Review, and in authoring three books, including CCL’s best-seller, Boundary Spanning Leadership: Six Practices for Solving Problems, Driving Innovation, and Transforming Organizations (McGraw-Hill).
David Wells
Retired
David Wells served as Netflix’s CFO for 8 years, retiring in early 2019 after nearly 15 years with the company and having served as VP of Financial Planning and Analysis prior to CFO. His responsibilities included strategic planning, corporate development, and a number of operating duties including customer service and real estate.
Prior to joining Netflix, Mr. Wells served in progressive roles at Deloitte Consulting for 6 years and in the non-profit world before getting his MBA. Mr. Wells joined the Board of The Trade Desk in January 2016 and serves as advisor to several growth stage private companies.
Mr. Wells holds a joint MBA/MPP Magna Cum Laude from The University of Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
Jason Minsky
Executive Director
Upon graduating San Francisco State University, Jason worked for the San Jose Sharks for a total of ten years. Performing as the Sharks mascot for the first five, then as manager entertainment at all home games. After managing events and promotions for a west coast construction supply company, Jason became the Vice President for the San Jose/Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce. It was at the chamber that Jason found Christmas in the Park. For the past eight years he has been executive director of the beloved non-profit that puts on a spectacular holiday event for the community each year. A graduate of Community Leadership San Jose and the Center for Excellence in Nonprofits Leaders Institute, Jason recently attended Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders. Jason is a current member of the Rotary Club of San Jose and has been a frequent volunteer for the American Cancer Society.
Julie Ferrario
President of Art Docents of Los Gatos
Julie Ferrario is currently the president of Art Docents of Los Gatos. She has also served as the trainer and curriculum chair at this non profit organization that brings art to the students of Los Gatos Union School District. Julie previously ran a volunteer program for the arts in the Cupertino School district and prior to that was a 6th grade teacher.
Kristofer Orre
Teacher on Special Assignment
Kristofer Orre is a Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) for the Los Gatos Saratoga High School District serving as an Instructional Coach. Prior to this role, Kristofer taught science for 10 years using a mix of blended learning, co-teaching, and personalized learning. He believes that, like our students, all teachers are at different places in their growth, learning, and need for support. Now as he helps shape professional development for teachers in his district, he aspires to create an environment of collaboration and innovation by celebrating and sharing all the “cool things” teachers do for their students, and then provide support to teachers based on their needs. Kristofer is a husband, a father of 3 beautiful daughters, a jack of all trades, a problem solver, hard worker, and an innovator.

Shana Moore
Life Coach
Shana McLean Moore is a life coach, motivational speaker, and the author of Things to Know Before You Go. A self-proclaimed “hope monger,” Shana helps her clients plan for a life they like better with each passing week. The weekly goals they co-create are designed for career growth, for sure, but have an equal emphasis on relationship building, physical wellness, and unapologetic pursuit of joy, as well.
Shana works with teens and adults out of her office at Anchor Psychology in San Jose.
