In 2019 she led Arth to win Restaurant Of The Year at World On A Plate judged by none other than the legend Chef Marco Pierre White. Chef Amninder honed her culinary skills at IHM Aurangabad and at PME Knightsbridge School Of Cake Decoration, UK. She went on to work with the renowned Taj Group of Hotels before upping her skin in the game and foraying into standalone restaurants.

Erika Abrams, 63, is co-founder of Animal Aid Unlimited, one of India's busiest street animal
rescue centers, located in Udaipur, Rajasthan India, treating mainly injured or ill cows, donkeys,
bulls and dogs. Animal Aid's staff of 80, together with volunteers from all over the world, serve
the most destitute animals who arrive in the hospital with fractures, wounds, infections, tumors
and diseases. Through thousands of happy endings, street animal protection and rescue is
becoming one of India's most vital, and visible expressions of animal seva and compassionate
non-violence.

Association was founded by Gangaram to provide information to management students in the country and abroad of the dabbawala service and the management efforts behind it. He was the
founder and the president. Thus, their family has been in this line of work since the past 3 generations. He have given lectures in India as well as abroad, and has been regularly invited to the IITs, IIMs, Cll to give lectures. The Mumbai Dabbawala Association has also been awarded the ISO certification.
