Brigadier Subhash Chander Ragi is a retired defence officer who successfully led OPERATION BLACK TORNADO, at Mumbai (Operation 26/11). He holds the Master's Degree from Defence Sevice Staff College, Wellington. He is an awardee of SENA medal and VISHISHT SEVA medal for his unflinching devotion to the untrusted responsibility and effective leadership while commanding the prestigious Kargil Brigade and training the men for National Security Guard hubs.

Devinder Sharma is a distinguished food and trade policy analyst. An award-winning Indian journalist, writer, thinker, and researcher well-known and respected for his views on food and trade policy. He is a visiting fellow in University of Cambridge, University of East Anglia, Norwich (UK). He was also invited to speak at an inter-governmental Working Group on the Draft United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Peasants and others living in Rural Areas by the UN Human Rights Council.
