She works full-time at ICS Creative Agency in Saint John and runs her own business, Cait Milberry Marketing + Communications. She is also the co-founder of a music content and podcast platform called Strange Grooves.

Dima is a 2017 graduate from UNBSJ with a major in psychology and minor in cognitive neuroscience. She has a goal of becoming a counseling therapist as mental health is an area she is very passionate about. Dima is excited to share her thoughts and ideas on burnout, importance of self-care, and more importantly the role neuroscience plays in self-care.

Marine Biology Major
Jill is entering her final year at UNBSJ in marine biology. She has always had a love for the water, and has participated in an internship at the Bottlenose Dolphin Research Institute in O’Grove Spain, worked for Island Quest Marine (whale watching) in Saint Andrews, and completed a second internship with humpback whales and high-rises in Gold Coast Australia. After her degree, she plans to return to Australia to attend Griffith University to complete a Masters.

His talk will include many of the intriguing stories, poingiant tales, and the truly wonderful spirit of Canadian ingenuity.
