In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Ágnes Herczeg

She is the head of one of the programs at Budapest Metropolitan University, and works with wines since 2000. Graduate and qualified teacher of London Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET), and has Fine and Rare Wine Specialist qualification also. In 2007 she found a wine adviser company, and in 2015 she got the „Female enterpreneur of the year” title.

Ágnes Geréb and Dorka Herner

Ágnes Geréb is an obstetrician gynaecologist, a midwife and a psychologist. Her path of life is about the realisation of the undisturbed labour in Hungary. Gave birth to four child, brought up five, she has eleven grandchildren till now. Herner Dorka is a psychologist and coach, the author of the book titled Childish thoughts, mother of five children.

Alexandre Szigethy

He is a student of Budapest Metropolitan University, besides he works as a translator privately and for companies. He speaks more than 10 languages now, but he noticed that the barrier in most people’s communication is not the lack of language skills.

Anna Ditta Fehér

Anna Ditta Feher is an Architectural Design MA student at Budapest Metropolitan University. She is keen on travelling, and spent the last five of her summer holidays with volunteering in a little Himalayan village.

Bojána Papp

She is a teacher of METU Integrated Lab, and a film dramaturg. She makes documentaries for 17 years, got the Hungarian Film Critics Award twice. She is interested in the human face of reality.

Feher Anna Ditta

Gábor Pozsonyi

Gábor Pozsonyi is the Deputy General Manager of the MagNet MKB in Hungary.

Luca Göbölyös

She is the head of Photography program at Budapest Metropolitan University. She teaches photography since 2000 and is a proud owner of noted art prizes and scolarships. Her artworks were exhibited in Budapest, Paris, London, Berlin, New Delhi, Tallinn, Bukarest, New York, and Istambul.

Magdolna Rózsa

She is a beautician, a hairdresser, she also has a hand and foot care qualification. She provides social cosmetology in the social beauty salon called „Tükörkép Műhely” in Budapest, Zugló.

Marcell Puskás

He's got his bachelors and masters degree in Graphic design at Budapest Metropolitan University. He works as a graphic designer and editorial designer for advertising agencies and also as a freelancer. In his works of art he mixes the devices of different visual areas, to express complex ideas.

Orsolya Nemes

She is a generations researcher, and senior consultant and trainer at Milestones Solutions Lab. In 2015 she was selected to be part of the 50 most talented hungarian younglings. She is the guest author of HVG Business and Forbes. Her first book, „The generation myth” will be published in the spring of 2019.

Orsolya Simon

She is a student of Budapest Metropolitan University, and currently studies at Coventry University in England. She speaks of quaterlife crisis from a very personal viewpoint.

Péter Várnai

He was part of the first cameraman program at Budapest Metropolitan University. He has worked as a camera technician for the world's largest film camera manufacturer and rental company, and has been working as a camera assistant in the international film industry. He is also the founder and trained coach of the first Toastmasters club in Hungary.

Puskas Marcell

Stella D. Bánlaki

She is the general editor of special issues of Forbes magazine, responsible for gender and equality issues. She worked as an editor at Hír24 Television and as a journalist at Index.hu. She speaks about her personal story starting with #metoo.

Tamás Trunk

He wrote a book of his generation and brands at his age of 14. He has a YouTube channel about sneakers with thousands of followers, where he talks about exploring stories behind brands. He is a top athlete, he studies in Austria as an Alpine ski racer, and spends his summer vacations at the campus of University of Oxford.

Zsolt Király

He is a teacher in higher education for 15 years. He also works as a coach and a consultant in business life for 7 years. Associate professor of Budapest Metropolitan University, and the head of Human recources program, and one of the founders of METU Garage startup program.
