Arif H. Shaikh is an IPS officer of 2005 batch borne to Chhattisgarh cadre.He has been awarded the prestigious International Association of Chief of Police (IACP) Award 2017 in Pennsylvania in the 'Homeland Security' category for his campaign 'Amcho Bastar, Amcho Police’.
The 'Amcho Bastar, Amcho Police' initiative aimed at bridging the gap between the police and the tribal communities by assimilating with their culture. At the same time, the police has focussed on neutralising the Left wing extremist and also by encouraging the ultras to surrender and join the main stream.
He is also the only Indian Police Service (IPS) officer of the country to win this award in community policing twice in a row.
He is an avid writer and inspiration to millions.

Manu Gupta started “enable blood” which was a platform to interlink blood abkks and make live blood bank counts available.He founded the official company “Anuj's health 4 sure” and started developing products like biomedical waste management softwares which was a major step towards a sustainable environment and technology based BMW solutions.He also got into collaboration with AIIMS, Bhopal and developed various patient interactions and data management apps for research purposes and proposed ICMR projects. Currently the company is developing a new integrated system that will redefine hospital management and is going to be revealed soon.
Simultaneously, the idea of good ergonomics struck him and the need to redefine working culture and workspace started coming up which resulted in a co-working space called “worksthal”.

Parikipandla Narhari joined the civil services in 2001.
