Theme: New perspective

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Darius Mahdjoubi

Professor at the University of Texas

Dr. Darius Mahdjoubi is a Research Associate at the Innovation, Creativity and Capital (IC2) Institute of UT-Austin and an Adjunct Professor at the MBA Entrepreneurship program of St. Edward's University in Austin, and School of Entrepreneurship of Tehran University. He was also the Visiting Professor at the Art and Technology Institute (ATEC) of UT-Dallas. He has taught part-time at two universities in Portugal. In 2005 he was an advisor to the Innovation School in Norway to set up a new Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He studies, teaches and provides consulting services on Action Business Planning, Business Ideation, Innovation Commercialization and Regional Systems of Innovation. Darius has an Interdisciplinary Ph.D. degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He conducted his interdisciplinary dissertation, titled Knowledge, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, under the mentorship of the late Dr. George Kozmetsky.

Holding psychology workshops entitled: Self-confidence, personality psychology, effective relationships between couples, successful family relationships, ways to deal with stress, principles and methods of encouragement and punishment, lazy psychology Teaching in Allameh Tabatabai universities. Free. Teacher training and schools. Author of the book Green Communication (on the subject of the relationship between a girl and a boy). And book (parents, children and social networks) teacher of marriage and family association. Contains several scientific articles.

Loghman Khaledi

Director

Director, scriptwriter and editor, Loghman Khaledi was born in Kermanshah in 1979. He attended the filmmaking workshop documentary workshop at the Artistic Center. He has directed, photographed and edited many documentaries, feature and short films and his films have been screened at many international and national festivals. He has received the First Prize for the best directing in FidMarseille Festival and Honorable mention for the best documentary directing in Hot Docts 19th Canadian International Documentary Festival. Moving Up is his first long documentary.

Maryam Mabadi

Maryam Mabadi graduated from Ferdowsi University in Mashhad in French literature. She has had different jobs like a French teacher, a clothe designer, a yoga coach, a tour manager. She has also cycled around her country a lot. Later on, she has developed her activities as an organizer of cycling tours and adventure tours for many years. The mentioned experiences have given her a deep understanding of traveling as a means of improving life quality. As a strong believer in the power of positive thinking and a nature-lover, she believes that Psycho Tourism can help people to find their real needs and find peace and calm in themselves. Now, Maryam with her team are working in social psychology and applying it tourism. She aims to present a healthy life style especially for young women; the life style which helps them to reach their own consciousness.
