Alina Christenbury is a senior studying computer science at the University of Delaware who is interested in Human-computer interaction, game development, and virtual/augmented reality. Her love for virtual worlds at an early age has transformed into a passion for building a real world powered by augmented superpowers and immersive experiences. She received the Science and Engineering Summer Scholars Award in 2018, and is currently leading a team of undergraduates in creating interactive experiences.

Cat is Co-Founder of Social Contract, a collective impact consulting practice aimed at helping communities move the needle on major social initiatives. Prior to Co-Founding Social Contract, Cat helped to launch Teach For America's Delaware Region, and as Director of Community Impact founded and ran two grassroots coalition groups through a collective impact framework, the FirstGen Network and SummerCollab, which is now a nationally recognized summer learning system. Catherine currently acts as the Board Chair of SummerCollab and Social Contract. She is a 2008 graduate of Yale University where she studied history and was a proud member of the Yale Field Hockey Team. Her passion is to inspire people to act urgently on behalf of the world they want to live in.

Don't be fooled by the size of this 'Itsy Bitsy Candy Store' as this 225 square foot powerhouse is known for its addicting chocolate sea salt caramels and homemade chocolate dipped strawberries. With an Associate's Degree in CADD (Computer Aided Drafting/Design) and a Bachelor's in Business Administration (Marketing concentration), Christie is known for injecting well-balanced evolution and her passion for creativity within the candy store and also throughout the entire business community. Knowing the power of marketing, Christie has been able to play a vital role in the revitalization of downtown North East by coordinating community events for families and youth development, plus offering free marketing/branding to any County businesses looking for assistance.

Melanie George Smith is founder and president of Sustainable World Strategies, which drives organizational improvement through strategic community relations, business development and global sustainability. She currently advises institutions of higher education, governments, business, and non-profits on (1) the value of sustainability and developing a successful strategy around sustainability implementation, and (2) developing strategic plans to accomplish organizational goals through enhanced community and business relations. She is an attorney and recently retired from 16 years of service as State Representative of the 5th District of Delaware. Ms. Smith co-chaired the Joint Finance Committee, which writes the state’s budget, for the past 6 years, and she was the past chair of the House Judiciary Committee.
