Nathalie Barzilay is a Swiss-qualified lawyer and a GIA Graduate Gemologist. She worked several years in Switzerland's largest law firm and major jewellery Maisons. She was further instrumental in establishing a crypto-trading business, worked on asset-backed ICO projects and co-wrote the ICO Guide of the Canton Geneva. Building on her experience in ICOs, jewelry and business law, Nathalie ensures the smooth implementation of LakeDiamond's business strategy. As the right-hand person of the CEO, she recently lead the launch of the first ICO ever powered by an established Swiss bank.

Scandinavia’s first female imam and founder of the first female-led mosque in the world, Sherin advocates for combining faith and feminism to inspire change. Author of Women are the Future of Islam, activist and mother of 4, she is also Founder and CEO of The Exitcircle, Denmark’s first self-help group combatting psychological violence. Sherin is one of the world’s pioneering women included in the BBC’s 100 Women, and very recently received the Hero Prize, Global Hope Award under UNESCO in New York. She was invited to meet with the French President in March 2018 at the Élysée Palace to shed light on her thoughts on balancing religion and politics.

Hailing from Lausanne, long-time friends Betty, Hélèni, and Natacha discovered a common passion for harmonic singing. From their early start reinterpreting R&B classics, Soul and Gospel, the trio formed the singular R&B/pop voice now known as The SugaZz and are taking Switzerland by storm with their live performances and rich sound. They have graced the stages of the legendary Bleu Lézard (Lausanne), the Case à Chocs (Neuchâtel), the Black Cat (Geneva) and the prestigious Montreux Jazz festival, to name a few. With two records under their belts - “5 Seasons” (2012) and “Pick up the phone” (2014) - they were also the first female trio to join “The Voice France” Season 6, reaching the quarter-finals with the support of coach Mika and thousands of new fans.
