Asia Pacific Leadership Fellow, Anusha Bharadwaj believes in the power of girls to transform communities and nations! Holding an MBA from IRMA & carrying more than 15 years of experience in the development sector, she is currently the Executive Director of VOICE 4 Girls, a social enterprise that educates and empowers marginalized adolescent girls with the vision to eliminate gender inequality and violence. She is the Founder Director of ‘SoCh for Social Change’ and has also been selected into the Harvard-Dasra Social Impact Leadership Program.

Dr Evita Fernandez

Dr Evita Fernandez is an obstetrician who believes in the need to empower women to make choices, especially with the issues surrounding birth. With over three decades of clinical experience, she is the Managing Director of Fernandez Hospital Foundation and spearheads 'PROMISE' - the 'PROfessional MIdwifery SErvices' campaign. Dr. Evita has participated in many forums focusing on the empowerment of women. She shuns the spotlight while focusing her positive energy on delegation, empowering, mentoring and specialization.

Sanjay Jesrani

Founder & CEO, Go North Ventures, Mentor, Board member, Golfer

Sanjay Jesrani, a chartered accountant by qualification, is a well-known angel investor focused on investing in and mentoring Startups through his organisation Go North Ventures. He is associated with the India Angel Network, a Charter member at TiE, Hyderabad and a member of the Executive Council at IIIT Hyderabad. Sanjay is on the advisory board of many organisations. A keen golfer, book lover and art enthusiast, he is a strong advocate of financial leadership in women. He was also the founding member of Sierra Atlantic’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiative at India.
