In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized (subject to certain rules and regulations).

Camilla Byk, renaissance woman or Jill of all trades. Educated as a linguist. Amateur artist, poet, footballer, teacher and photographer. Never bored, addicted to books, eternal student, mother to 3 unique girls. Sailor, walker, ex-violinist and current gospel choir member. Functions best outside her comfort zone. Founder of Podium.me. Camilla asks questions. Then waits. She tells the story of a calling that began as a young girl and led to the creation of an audio youth platform for the under 25s. Travelling on public transport will never be the same once you have heard her talk.
