Anna Pambukchyan
Media expert at Union of Informed Citizens NGO
Anna Pambukhchyan is a media expert and researcher from Yerevan, Armenia. She is employed as Research Projects Coordinator at the Union of Informed Citizens NGO. Her primary research interests are democracy and media related issues, as well as EU-Armenia relations. Anna is a graduate of Central European University and College of Europe. Previously she worked as media monitor at the OSCE ODIHR election observation mission.
Erik Arustamyan
Student
Eric Arustamyan, was born on October 29, in 2000 in Ararat. He studied at Ararat school N5. Since 2016, he has been studying at TUMO Center for Creative Technologies and completed robotics and programming courses. In 2017, he joined the Dasaran educational program team. In 2018, with the help of the team, a "Schedule" electronic tool was created. After graduating from high school in 2018, he entered Yerevan State Engineering University and currently studies in the faculty of Computational Engineering.
Hasmik Sahakyan
Executive director at 'International Accountancy Training Centre' Educational Fund
Hasmik Sahakyan has been the Executive Director of ‘International Accountancy Training Centre’ Educational Fund since its establishment in Yerevan in 1998 with funding supplied under the European Union's 'Tacis' aid program. Over these years, she has been responsible for the overall management of business activities, HR management and development, marketing, fund raising, launching new educational programs, designing and administering training tailored to business development needs in the SME sector, elaboration of different training and development projects for unemployed women, refugees and regional SMEs.
In 2016, she received RA Prime Minister’s Award in the nomination of ‘The Best Business Women Innovator’. She speaks Armenian, English and Russian. A mother of two, Hasmik enjoys contributing to make the world a little bit better.
Narek Aleksanyan
Photojournalist at Hetq
Narek is a photojournalist, since 2012, he has been working at Hetq ("Investigative Journalists" NGO). He collaborates with other local and international media and photo providers. He studied at YSU Faculty of Russian Philology and then Magistracy Magistracy at the same university. In the last two years, he started photojournalism at Terlemezian College. This year he is teaching photojournalism at YSU Faculty of Journalism. He is not married, he has three children.
Seda Muradyan
Co-founder/Director at Public Journalism Club
Seda Muradyan is co-founder and director of Public Journalism Club NGO. Prior to that, she worked for A1 + for 7 years as a journalist-editor and later at the Caucasus Institute as a media project manager. From 2005 to 2017, she also held the post of head of the Armenian Office of the Institute for War and Peace Reporting in the UK. Seda's educational background is in TV journalism, she studied in Armenia, the United States, the Netherlands. In 2010-11, she was selected as a Knight Fellow, to study a year at the Stanford University in the United
Seda Muradyan is the author of several documentary films. In 2015, Seda Muradyan authored The Day of Violation of Human Rights documentary that addresses the events in Baghramyan Avenue early in the morning of June 23, 2015 as eyewitnesses, as well as interviews with the police, the Human Rights Defender's Office and non-governmental organizations.
