Mr. Maheshwari is from a business family of Makrana. In 2008, he had taken up an initiative to contribute to the society, primarily named as Naya Sawera, with his few college friends. The basic motive was to involve youth in social services. The NGO now has approximately 700 registered volunteers, most of them youth. He joined an international organization on the basis of active engagement in social service sector, to serve and learn the society, a bit more. Under his leadership, the NGO has reached out to Jodhpur, Gurgaon & Pune. He desires to extend his social services to a lot more people and uplift the society till his last breathe. Under the campaign ‘Days of Pride’, he has distributed around 9225 packets of sanitary pads (Total pads 83025) to girls/ladies, mostly belonging to government school and slums, who cant afford each month such necessity. We have carried on this campaign to spread awareness about health and hygiene since May 2016 through 5 Sanitary Pad Banks.

Lt Gen Surendra Kulkarni has served in the Indian Army for about four decades. He was commissioned into the Armoured Corps in 1975. In his long and distinguished career, he has commanded the largest forces and held some of the most prestigious assignments. In recognition of his special contribution, he has been awarded a Vishisht Seva Medal twice, an Ati Vishishta Seva Medal and finally the highest peacetime distinguished service award in the Armed Forces, the Param Vishisht Seva Medal by the President of India. Parallel to his Army career, he has pursued his academic interests. He is an economics graduate from Fergusson College, Pune. He was a post graduate UGC Merit scholar before he joined the Army. He has four Masters Degrees including an M Phil degree. He would be one of the few officers to have been sent abroad thrice on academic assignments. He is an alumnus of Mayo College, Ajmer. Presently, he is the Director since January 2015.
