Anwesha Das

Anwesha Das, 15, is a student of class 10. She is passionate about science and especially mathematics. She likes to dance, sing, write articles, play the piano, play table tennis and do tae- kwon-do. She paints on paper, walls, as well as on rocks.
Recently she represented India at the International Exhibition for Young Inventors 2018 and was a bronze medalist. She was also declared a national finalist to the Innovation Challenge 2017, and was a second prize winner at the Innovation Display Contest 2017 conducted by the Council for Science and Technology, Uttar Pradesh.

Baisakhi Saha was born in Kolkata; she grew up in different states of India, each with a distinct culture, custom, costume, creed, color and cuisine, so it felt as if she was always in a new country! Her childhood was thus a preparation for what was to come in adulthood. Multilingual, she speaks six languages.
A globetrotter, at the tender age of 17, she left India having won full scholarships to study abroad in Singapore. Since then she has not just traveled, but lived in different countries across the globe, spanning five continents on various student exchange programs, studying life through diverse mirrors of reality. From Asia to Europe to Africa to South, Central and North America, she has lived with local families, eating their food, adopting their lifestyles, contributing to their economy, living their culture, navigating extreme realities and harsh conditions, perceiving diverse traditions and religions, for several years to find answers to life's most pertinent questions.

She is an Educationist, topper throughout, Gold-medalist and recipient of several accolades and
awards. Her uniqueness is her ‘smile to spread all around’ amid ever existing phases of struggle and
challenges in her Life, which she started to experience when she got married early at an age of 19.
According to her ‘Life is to work and celebrate the outcome’. She believes that every good or bad we
define is actually for the goodness and righteousness. While maintaining a balance between her
family and career life, she managed to complete her B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Ed., M.Ed., PGDM and then Ph.D. in
Chemistry with holding first position throughout. In 2008 she was conferred with the ‘Young Scientist
Award’ by International Academy of Physical Sciences. Since 2003, after the escapism of her husband,
she has been nurturing and taking care of her two bright sons ‘Anmol’ and ‘Mohak’ with a vision to
make them infused in ‘Values’ & ‘Skills’.

Nazia Nafees is a social activist, social reformer and a freelance writer. She is also the President and founder of the Al Kausar Society, Allahabad. She did her schooling from Allahabad and also attained her higher education from Allahabad University. She pursued B.A with Medieval History, Economics and Philosophy from Allahabad University and along with that I also took part in NCC (Navy). She had also qualified in the exams for Adib, Adib Mahir and Adib Kamil from Aligarh Board and Munshi, Maulavi and Aalim from Lucknow Board. In January, 2008 she joined as executive manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank and resigned from there as Deputy Manager in 2012.She continued her studies along with the job and did M.B.A and also did Mass Communication in 2016. Since 2011 she has been working for the upliftment of women and children from slums of Allahabad. She had always focussed on helping to create a meaningful and healthy life for the slum dwellers, the downtrodden and the orphans.
