Acharya Narada Muni- Meditation Teacher
Acharya Narada Muni, has been trained in spiritual mediation practices in India and has been teaching meditation for over 35 years. Narada currently teaches Meditation in a corporate environment to business professionals. Narada will clarify the difference between "Mindfulness" and "Meditation" and talk about the research outcomes and benefits of both practices. Narada will explain how mediation and other yoga techniques can help anyone in society find real inner contentment and happiness, regardless of their external circumstances.

Anthony Ikin is a National, Australasian, European and World Aerobic Champion. He was also a soloist in the world famous caberet ‘Moulin Rouge’ in Paris, performed alongside Natalie Bassingthwaite and John Farnham in ‘Grease’ the arena spectacular and was a top 10 finalist on the debut series of ‘So you think you can dance!’ His most recent achievement is choreographing the closing ceremony for the Commonwealth games.

Helen Zahos is a Nurse, Paramedic and Humanatarian nominated in the Social Responsibility category in the Greek International Women Awards (GIWA). Helen has dedicated herself in recent years to caring for the victims of some of the world’s most devastating humanitarian crises. Helen is currently working at the Gold Coast University Hospital, she remains active in assisting other volunteers wanting to go over to Greece and volunteer in refugee camps.
