Amina Mezghenni Ellouze
Amina is the founder and executive coach at Waves Coaching. With 20 years of managerial experience, Amina consults on a variety of issues such as organizational change, leadership development, emotional and collective intelligence, and performance optimization. She also teaches a Master’s-level course on Leadership and Networking at Tunis Dauphine University.
CHAIMA BEN SAOUD
Chaima Ben Saoud is the Project Manager of the H2020 InSPIRES project at Institut Pasteur de Tunis, where she received her PhD in Biological Sciences. Through the InSPIRES project, Chaima is co-creating and implementing new models for scientific research with the help of individuals in the cultural, health, and environmental sectors. The project is also developing participatory techniques for systematically engaging civil society and other key stakeholders in research and innovation.
David Robert
David Robert is the Deputy General Manager at SINGA. SINGA grew out of a citizen movement in France, and now creates opportunities for refugees and their host communities to meet and cooperate. Through his work, David aims to improve awareness and change perceptions about refugees and asylum seekers.

HAMZA BOULAIZ
Hamza Boulaiz is the founder and CEO of Spectale Pour Tous, an inclusive theatre company created in 2010. Spectacle Pour Tous works across Morocco to defend the right to culture through experimental theatre that promotes open dialogue. He is a director, author, designer, actor, and a graduate of the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts and Cultural Animation (ISADAC) in Rabat, Morocco.
Hela Ouardi
Hela Ouardi is a university professor in Tunis where she teaches literature and civilization. She has many published works in the field of literary criticism. Her most recent work, The Last Days of Muhammad, looks at the history of Islam’s origins by exploring the sources of the Muslim tradition and the death of the Prophet. Hela is also an associate member of the CNRS Monographic Studies Laboratory in France.
Kais Ben Halima
Kais Ben Halima is a law researcher and doctoral student in Law at the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of Tunis. He spent more than three years as a member and rapporteur of the National Committee for the Reform of the Code of Criminal Procedure, and continues to work with the collective El 7abs-la on the issue of Law 52. Kais is also the founder and director of the Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences Clinic, the first of its kind in Tunisia.
NIZAR CHAARI
Nizar Chaari is the President of Tunivisions Group and the Tunivisions Foundation. In 2003, Nizar served as the first director of programming at Mosaïque FM, the first private radio channel in Tunisia. He has extensive work experience in media and the audiovisual sector, having leadership positions in radio, television, and print media. In 2018, he published his first book “Tounes Fi Inayya”, a manifesto for active citizenship that is dedicated to young people.
Ruchir Sharma
Ruchir Sharma is an international affairs and social entrepreneurship expert based in the European Union. Ruchir is currently Head of Communications at ProVeg International, an international food awareness organization across five countries – Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and the U.K., with the aim of reducing the global consumption of animals by 50% by the year 2040. He is currently based in Germany where he was selected as an MIT Global Entrepreneur for 2017 and Indo-German Young Leader 2017.
Ziad Oueslati
Ziad Oueslati is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of AfricInvest Group, a pan-African private equity and private credit player. Prior to co-founding AfricInvest in 1994, Ziad held different management positions at Citibank in New York and in Tunis, where he was Head of Financial Institutions and Capital Markets Department. Ziad holds a Master’s of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a graduate of the French engineering school École des Mines de Paris.
